I took my girlfriend out to Prova tonight. The food was excellent! The ambience was very nice, and the staff were very friendly!

Clean, organized, great deals, and excellent customer service. My husband and I appreciate Mike, the assistant manager at my Morgan Hill Staples. He came up to us to see if we needed help with a selection. Mike followed up with highlighting the sales for an item I was reviewing. I worked with one of the staff, Skye, to find a few items, very nice and knew where everything was located.

Copy & print department is self-service, for first time user like me, with no clue or help, took me almost minute to figure out how to use the copy machine, first you need fill at least $1 in a Express Card which is for use in Copy&Print center ONLY, I do not need to make copy often and I only need make 1 copy today... anyway, cost only $0.11 for copy say on tag next to machine, but it endup charges $0.12 from my card. (Updated: I used that card again on 12/29/2015, it only has $0.60 left for use!)

The employees and managers are here to help the customers and provide the best experience possible and do everything in their power to make it happen.

My first experience with Staples Morgan Hill was good, however, the service I received during following visits was AWFUL. In three weeks time I spent over $1000 at this branch. I will NOTgo back. The place is very poorly managed with no commitment to service whatsoever.

Its really not the type of place where I would expect super knowledgeable advise. If you know what you need its nice to have a local source

I went to install an anti-virus it took 2 days. The tech guy called me in the first day saying it was ready and when I went to pick it up, he said it wasnt ready. So they called the next day.

Called looking for an item, they found it for me in just a couple minutes and had it waiting for me at the front desk when I got there!

The place of Morgan hill not know how to treat the customer I was making a banner, no one can assist hour and a half .. I was wasting my time and no one made my banner, named Chris in charge of copy & print and manager do not help you at all
