Sometimes less is more and they’ve proven that. I wish they’d open up in Florida. It’s a must have while I’m in the area I know I know it’s not the healthiest but it’s the best fast food in CA.

I ordered my usual, a Double Double Protein Style with extra lettuce, for th Ed ffg irst time I was very disappointed when I got my order. I guess the person assembling my burger was irritated with my order. Its like they took all the leftover pieces of lettuce and put it on top of my burger patties, my two slices of tomatoes were the end part because it had holes in the middle of them where the stem was removed. The whole thing wasnt even wrapped properly in the paper that helps hold the burger together before they put it in the sleeve. I had to take a picture of it because this is the first time Ive ever gotten my order so poorly assembled.We sat on a booth next to the counter which has the self serve ketchup and napkin dispensers. Both napkin dispensers were empty and so were both ketchup dispensers. A customer went up to the counter to inform a staff member about the situation. She came out to check and was murmuring to herself, this is not my job, I dont know how to change this out. She returned to the counter without addressing the issue.After I finished my meal, I went to the ladies restroom and it was disgusting. Like there had been no bathroom check by staff the whole afternoon. Paper towels over flowing from the trash can near the door, toilet seat protectors on the floor next to the toilets in both stalls. I went in there to wash my hands because after eating my discombobulated burger, my hands needed good wash. I overheard a lady in one stall asking for toilet paper from the other lady in the other stall because her stall was out.This is my first experience of such lack of attention by staff members at an In-N-Out establishment. I visited this place at 5pm on a Saturday. I know that they are super busy, but if other locations can keep up with standards this location should too..

Good service, food tasted incredible, just all around a great place to eat. The fries do taste like cardboard after around 10 minutes, but other than that a fantastic resturaunt

Great place to grab a quick bite. Employees are always maintaining a clean dinning area and always patient when taking orders. Quality of food depends on who is preparing the food at the time. There are times when my animal fries are in bad condition - just a sad-barely-melted cheese with very little grilled onion serving. Waiting time for an order is anywhere from 6 - 8 minutes.

The price is right, the cheeseburgers are good quality, the service is fast. I like the protein cheeseburger; 200 less calories, lots of lettuce on outside instead of bun and very tasty. If you get it without cheese or sauce and just get mustard and catsup, you can save another couple hundred calories. Animal fries are yummy if you dont mind the calories. Very clean operation!

Yet another amazing in n out location. Easily accessible off the 101. Food was the quality Ive come to expect and the staff were very professional. Worth the stop.

Fast and great service!! Clean environment! Good and cheap food (In-N-Out signature standards: tasty burgers with customized choices such as animal style, protein style, double-double, or simply regular). Usually, not that crowded! The only one drawback (con) is that the bathrooms are not family-friendly (there is no changing table for babies)!!!

In-n-Out is always extremely busy so be prepared to wait, day or night. The staff was friendly and tried to be as expediant as possible.The facility was clean and well maintained. The outdoor eating area was small for the amount of people that eat there. If you do not mind the wait and possibly eating in your car, which is an option when ordering, you should not be disappointed. The food is yummy, and for the most part fairly priced.

In/Out does a great job of serving delicious hamburgers and shakes, in a timely manner. Theres plenty of parking spaces available, and the drive through moves fairly quickly. The salespeople are friendly, and the restaurant is very clean. We definitely enjoyed our visit, and will happily return again soon

The Morgan Hill In and Out Burger is busy! That said the staff is extremely efficient. When there is a big line for the drive through they send an order person further out from the regular drive through and it helps speed up the line. Even with s big lineup, our food was ready when we got to the window! And the order was correct! Its our favorite In and Out in the bay area.

Always good. Staff was very quick, polite, and efficient, and food was excellent as always.They had an employee taking orders via tablet in the drive thru, and even though it was VERY hot outside, she was still polite and engaged in brief small talk. Good job all around!

Thank you very much ! The drive through was packed at around 1145 but thats how lunch time is anywhere that serves good, consistent, affordable food! Thanks to everyone working hard there.

The food was horrible because hes not a 4.5 place to eat.. my food was cold fries were not fresh at all it tasted like they sat for hours before they served. Was not to my liking I would not recommend going here.

This location, like all in & outs have long drive thru lines, but these guys knocked it out quick, if ai remember the cashier was Maddy super nice, and food was still hot when I got home definitely coming back.

Went with 6 other friends and they made our meals real quick!!👏

On a trip to Carmel, we saw I&O on the way. Hungry I got a double, but wrapped in lettuce. I was fresh and crunchy, tasted so good.

Asked specifically to get fries last, so they are hot and crispy, and the Staff carried it out perfectly!!! Will come back and recomend, double thumbs up 👍👍

This is a few mins away from Gilroy Outlet so we go here instead because its less busy. Still a line but not as bad. They were quick and got the orders out fast.

The food was awful the french fries was gross cold and to top it off they forgot the hamburger I ordered..

Great, simple burgers. A So Cal original that has stuck to its roots. I like that they have a short menu that they do well, rather than a long menu (like many of their competitors) done poorly. Their employees are competent, usually cheerful, and they always get my order right (double double, onions, no lettuce, fries crispy). Went through the drive thru twice this week, and although there was a considerable line, they had employees out taking orders UP the line (bypassing the usual speaker) so the line moved steadily. Contrast that to a similar trip through a competitors drive thru where a line HALF as long took AT LEAST twice as long, to the point I just gave up.

Its right off the freeway so expect high volume of people other than that a normal wonderful in and out
