From Cindy at the front desk to last seeing Cindy the whole time was outstanding. The Dr and intern cared about me and my hearing. The Dr explained my test and my aids. He proposed that if I wanted new ones which ones he felt were best. I happen to be a part time resident and he felt that as did I that I should visit him next spring when I could be observed and helped with new aids. Unlike my home hearing provider he nor any of the staff pushed for a quick sail. This is truly a customer centered service center.

The place was neat, clean and very welcoming. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive all the time, explaining in detail the whole procedure until the hearing test was done. They explained very well also the test results making you feel confident that you were in great hands.

Joe and his staff are doing wonderful things by helping people hear! They are all so nice as well. I really enjoy taking my grandmother in for her appointments and she likes them too. It is a blessing having her hear, watch TV and interact again. No one should be without hearing if it can be had at such a reasonable price and with such exceptional service.

The Hearing Center is where I went for a hearing test and to be fitted for my first pair of hearing aids. I was nervous at first about getting hearing aids, but they quickly put me at ease. They explained everything clearly to me so that I would know what to expect, and I could make an informed decision about what I needed. I have been going to The Hearing Center for 4 years and I always look forward to my visits with them. Everyone in their office is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Hearing Center!

I’ve been dealing with hearing loss for the past 10+ years and have been struggling lately with hearing in different situations (conferences, restaurants, etc). I went to The Hearing Center to get a second opinion on my hearing capabilities. I am extremely happy I did. I felt well cared for right from the moment I entered the office reception area. The doctor provided me with some new options for improving my hearing with my current devices. I left feeling hopeful there are ways I can improve my overall ability to hear better. I also was given instructions on how to use my high-tech hearing aids that were not provided previously. I really appreciate the extra time provided to make sure I could get the most out of my devices. I highly recommend The Hearing Center!

Best hearing office I been to and I been two many, what happens when we get old. They were so helpful and caring,with great service. The candy is good to. Morgan Hill is lucky to have professionals like them.

Not only is it the most beautiful and well-designed audiology facility Ive ever seen, but Dr. Ferrito has a wealth of experience and has more expertise fitting hearing aids than about 97% of audiologists in the business. It doesnt hurt that hes a very nice and thoughtful guy.

Had my check up today and as always, Dr. Ferrito and Cindy were great! Dr. Ferrito is never satisfied with the way my hearing aids are performing. He conducts adjustments to confirm my hearing is clear and concise. I always leave knowing my hearing aids are at their peak performance.

Mom’s ears were thoroughly checked out. Great suggestions were given. And a plan for fixing the sinus problems were discussed. We were very relieved.

Since I received my new ears {are what I refer my new hearing aids} my whole life has been made whole again. For the past 4 - 5 years I fought against going to having my hearing tested. Bit by bit everyone I knew understood just talk louder as Linda does not hear. When I first came into the office, I was still skeptical, but from the moment I walked through the door Cindy welcomed my husband and myself. Dr Ferrito made the process of examination very easy and then showing what the hearing aids would be. That was last November I received both earring aids. They have been wonderful. Walked out of the office telling my husband saying everything I now could heard. Each time since then when I have had appointments Dr has guided me, showlng how to best wear and adjust my aids. The apps both on my iPhone and iPad are easily changed and adjusted as to where I am at at that time. Thank you to the whole staff you have enriched my life and my poor husband who no longer has to shout at me. Thank you so very much!

I received my 2nd set of hearing aids on 6/3/2021. I couldn’t be more happy. Dr. Ferrito had done a thorough exam and listened to my issues and concerns about my first hearing aids that I had been fitted with 5 years ago. He explained to me how the hearing aid technology had improved and would take care of the problems I was dealing with. I have been wearing the new aids 2 weeks and love them! My family and myself have noticed the difference. Dr Ferrito and his staff, especially Cindy in Morgan Hill are so caring, friendly and professional. I appreciate and trust Dr Ferrito’s knowledge about the hearing aids he recommends.I highly recommend The Hearing Center.This was my 2nd annual exam after having received my hearing aids from the Hearing Center in April of 2016. The hearing test is always quick but very thorough. The doctor showed me the graph showing the change in my hearing then digitally adjusted my hearing aids. I was quite impressed with the difference. The doctor and receptionist are always so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the Hearing Center for Hearing exams and hearing aids.
