I have been with extra space for several years now, but recently had to transfer to a different town and down size my unit, and Carmen helped and simplified everything for me! Such a nice and helpful person, she 100% made everything easier for me. I do really appreciate great customer service like that! I do definitely see myself continuing renting out a unit here for as long as I have to. Besides the great customer service, they have also been the best priced place I have been able to find. Highly recommend!

Very quick and easy experience renting a unit. The facility has a gate with a console that controls the alarm on each individual unit. The manager is very friendly and a great help through the whole process. I’m happy to have been able to rent a unit here

Carmen is amazing. She is a great help. The facility is clean and nice. The prices are great for the space and the map is a simple square. Easy to find your unit without too much issue. No stairs and most are outside accessible. All the units have alarms so no one can break in. A great place to store your stuff!

Within 20 minutes I was able to grab a unit. The ability to obtain a space was easy! Everything digital and done online, as I was in Riverside and the space was in Morgan Hill. [Edit]: I wanted to add more to this review now that I am packed up and in the storage unit, Ms. Carmen, who manages the property, was an amazing person to work with. Her personality alone, makes it worth using this space. The grounds are very clean plus safe and very secure. Being new to the area, Ms. Carmen talked with me about her move to Morgan Hill, how much she likes it here, and let me know about the events that occur throughout the year as well. Really glad I picked this place to store my things.

Customer service was exceptional. I called in to inquire availability of a 5 X 10 unit. The call center agent was so helpful and informative. Found the unit in Morgan Hill perfect size and rates were cheaper than other facilities in the area. I also got a welcome call from Carmen at the Morgan hill location. Extra space in Morgan Hill is great! It is clean and well-maintained and has ample hours of access. Also the manager Carmen is a pleasure to deal with. I recently lost my key to my storage unit and had to go to the office for help. Carmen dropped whatever she was doing and took care of it. She donned a welders mask and cut my old lock off with a diamond blade grinder. And she did it all with a smile on her face and a good sense of humor. She then sold me a new lock, I took care of my business and was on my way. This place is highly recommended!
