This is a great UPS store! We have utilized their notary services, shipping services, and mailbox services. The team there is always professional, courteous, and helpful. While its a small space, they still keep it clean and organized. Highly recommend them!

Charged me $1.99 to use the computer I never touched so they can print out an Amazon return label and charged a $1.00 for the printing of the label….. this ups store is over priced!

. The UPS Worst delivery experience I ever had. Were unwilling to contact UPS center in No Carolina to help me forward a package to my sons new address even though the NC Center said it needed the Morgan Hill UPS store to initiate the forwarding. FedEx or good old post office from now on.

It started off as a bad experience, but they went the extra mile to rectify the situation. I had 2 large packages being shipped to Southern California. The driver down there decided that the address didnt exist and sent the packages back as undeliverable. Needless to say, I was angry since I have been sending items to that same address for 5 years! It took about a week to get a response from the owner, but I was finally notified that the UPS in So Cal was going to issue new shipping labels so that the packages could be re-delivered at no additional cost to me. The packages were delivered one month after I originally shipped them, but I am thankful they finally made it to their destination.

I just love the service they give in this store. I went in to ship a package and the clerk (Sam) explain all the shipment options they have for me. Super professional. Also got some documents Notaries. I highly recommend this store!

I have had a mailbox here for almost 3 years and also receive many packages each month and have nothing but nice things to say. This place is great, and the owners are super nice. I don’t understand how the rating could be so low. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sam (owner) and crew have taken good care of me here all the way back to when they were Mail Boxes Etc. before UPS acquired them. Glad we have a stable Morgan Hill location (had also used one for a while in Del Rey Oaks as a business address and they closed that one down - thanks UPS). No worries here in Morgan Hill.

Worst ever experience! I brought in 4 packages to be returned to Amazon.They were so rude during the entire transaction that I at one point told them I would rather go to another UPS store and they were not even fazed! Just let me walk out the door without any attempt to fix their bad service. PLUS the salesAssistant refused to wear a mask in the height of shelter at home!!!Don’t even think of using this UPS store!

I would like to give zero stars to this place. Worst UPS store I have ever been to. There is an Indian owner and he is always in a bad mood. He is very rude and is an epitome of bad service. He does not answer basic questions and seems like he does not value customers. Extremely bad service. A bad name for UPS. Dont go here, just drive a bit and find another place.

The owner of this store is a racist! Dont support racists, just go somewhere else. He needs to leave this town now!I went to the UPS store for notary services. I showed the notary (the owner of the store) the documents I needed to notarize. I gave him proof of ID (a passport) and to my surprise he said that’s not an accepted form of ID. I asked why as we have always used it for signing documents and it’s the most legal form of ID.He proceeded to ask if we were legal. I couldn’t believe he was actually asking that and why hed assume we were not. He said since this was a foreign document, he needed to see the Visa to be able to notarize the type of document presented. We showed him the visa (yes, we are legal), and then he said he can’t really do it. He just wanted to see if we were legal.At this point, I was livid because his actions were very disrespectful and unnecessary. First, a passport is a totally accepted form of ID. Second, if he really felt he cannot notarize the document, then just tell us that. Third, he should just mind his own business, instead of asking people if they are legal, which btw is illegal to ask.I complained with him about his racist behavior and all he said was “get out of my store”.Fun Fact: He is an Indian emigrant and with an accent. Yes. Do your math.

Terrible customer service...tried to pick up a package three different times. No one seemed to give more than 10 seconds to look for it and finally I had to point it out behind the counter only to realize they had all of the wrong tracking info attached to it from someone else?! Get it together....using USPS from now on.

Lost a package. Poor customer service; been waiting on phone (unmuted) for 20 minutes to ask them to research the lost package. Horrible customer service; youd be better off going to Postal Annex across the street near Safeway. This the most unprofessional UPS store Ive ever visited.

I recently I had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the Morgan hill UPS I tried to drop a package for amazon returns here but was refused by the franchise owner here because his computer was down. ( He said I could leave the package with tracking number for a mail pick up in the morning.) I agreed, however when asked for just a slip of paper acknowledging the item he refused to give me one. I asked if there was another place in town to drop off he told me no, i had to go to another town ( theres 3 other drop off locations in town including one in the same shopping center! )  I explained Im disabled recovering from cancer so its very very hard for me to drive anywhere. I had to uber to this store and uber back for absolutely no success. He couldnt care less and just walked and turned his back.  What an A hole. Very unprofessional, very rude and no help whatsoever but looking at the reviews here and its dozens of one star reviews looks like this dude should be shut down.

Rude employees, wouldnt deliver my package even though they took it and I paid for it, and charged $5 for every day that I couldnt pick it up even they I gave them a return address. I went in for a Live Scan on Nov 1, 2018, as part of a security clearance. On Nov 13 the requesting agency advised me that the prints were still not processed. The UPS store owner insisted they were submitted the same day. Miraculously the prints were delivered on the morning of Nov 14, 2018. I was in a hurry and ended up being delayed by two weeks. Next time Ill have the police dept do the scan.

I just experienced the Worst customer service by Shania-the sales associate. Incredibly rude and bitter employee with a horribly bad attitude. I felt like she was barking questions at me. The owner seemed kind and tried to be helpful but I will never use their services again. Horrible, horrible experience.

Poor service. Employees seem like they dont want to be there. I handed one employee my ID when I picked up a package. Instead of handing my ID back to me, he set it on the counter and made me reach for it. These little things tell me a lot about how they deal with customers, which is POOR. Im willing to bet this guy does the same when hes handed money. Instead of graciously accepting it, he throws it back at you by slamming it on the counter, which is just as bad. Such a poor attitude and not at all customer-centric.

I didn’t get my package. I was waiting 4 hours for it to come at the front door checking every 30 minutes. I am so disappointed. Terrible service. My dog, Muksi and I are very VERY disappointed. Since they are closed on Sunday, which is A SCAM, I will be having some stern words with them on Monday! Terrible service!

I have had the poor luck of trying to pick packages from this lace twice. On both occasions the employees were rude, and had trouble finding my packages! On one occasion I had to drive home, print out the tracking number to show them, then they got the package. I just wish there was a way to let UPS know how bad their store-front is!

Very rude, poor customer service. Called 15 minutes ahead to see if notary service was available at that moment, she said yes, when arrived within 15 minutes I was told she was having lunch and to come back, she was right there and I too was on my lunch break which is the reason I called. Go to the Monterey Rd office.

Went here to ship a picture frame 27and was quoted $114 plus box and packing. RIDICULOUS! Went to FedEx right up the street and it was $62 with box and packing included. WTH UPS?? Are you really that stupid???

They do what the sign says, they ship via UPS. But they are obviously put off by having to deal with customers in the slightest. Very unhelpful and unfriendly, with overly high prices. Always sorry for going here and spending my money with them.
