Good place to buy a dented can of paint. Clerk also asked me if I wanted an opener and supplied me with an old, much used one (see photo). Didnt notice the dent in the can until I got home. It was significant, near the top and looked like it might be hard to get a good seal if I needed to close it again. After returning it, the same clerk and another one tried to avoid replacing the can. After I persisted, they finally said a replacement would be sent to the store the following day. After applying the paint, discovered it to be streaky. Will not be returning to this store.

I only needed less than half a cup of paint to cover some work done by the installation of a doorbell alarm system and I was told I could only buy a gallon. So it cost me $50 to fix this very minor repair. It’s unreasonable that they don’t sell smaller than the one gallon size. I feel totally ripped off.

My husband I were very pleased with the help got at this location. We purchased paint for our exterior home. Although pricey we are very happy with the colors we chose and hope it lasts for a very long time.

Very informative customer service. They gave a lot of pamphlets and a bookmark-shaped huge book with all the colors in their catalogue. The employees also explained different types/levels of paints.

Great store! I wish that sherwin would start carrying paint glaze products again. I was lucky to find a store with a gallon left but apparently the line has been discontinued.

The wife and I bought our first house in Gilroy. It was new construction and KB used SW paint. So when we moved to a new house in Morgan Hill we decided to stick with SW paint. We bought paint for our bedroom and bathroom. The prices were a little high but the quality is good and the people there were very friendly and helpful.

Andrew was incredibly helpful. We appreciated the time he took to explain which products were available.

Morgan Hill was out of the stain color I wanted I was told my option would be to go to Gilroy to pick it up or wait a couple of days for it to be delivered. I drove 25 miles round trip to Gilroy to pick up the stain. After testing the color It was not the desired color and I went back to the Morgan Hill store to which the associate said that she would order another color from Gilroy and she would exchange it for me when it came in. She was very helpful. When I went to pick up the new color Andrew refused to take back the stain and said that it was his policy not to return a product from another store and I have to go back to Gilroy. I explained that I was told that I could exchange it in the Morgan Hill store and that it was not convenient to drive back to Gilroy. He kept saying it was his policy and I sorry if she told you the wrong information. It is my opinion that they should have backed up what I was told and provided excellent customer service, instead I am going to have to make another trip and spend time and gas to return and am not a happy customer. He kept saying Im sorry but that does not solve the problem or make me feel better.
