Employees were helpful, friendly, kind. Checkout was easy and while there. Was only 1 cashier when I got in line they opened 2 more registers to keep lines from getting long forcing people to wait. Cant think of any other store that would do that.

Love this Store, but always spend more then I want too. They still have some of their Xmas stuff and its 80% off. Got a nice weather for front door or can give it for a gift always thinking ahead it was 100.00 got it for 16.00 gotta love that deal. And look at these cute battery operated heart lights that I put around my dresser, going to get another set and put them on my other dresser and then it will match. If you can try to hurry and see if anything catches your eye at 80% off!!!!

The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. They helped me set up my Michaels account so I could use my rewards. This craftstore has the best paper for my cricut machine. The merchandise is great with a good selection. Definitely recommend coming here if you are a crafter.

My wife found the color changing yarn finally. She went back in for more as soon as she saw I wasn’t upset with how much she had gotten. Lol

Got some opal cellophane, its good quality, they also have other types of pigmented cellophane so if youre looking for that they have it.

Nice store, helpful staff. Register got backed up and another line opened up in around 2 minutes or less. But I do wish they had the aisles marked at both ends saying whats on it.

Ok let me start off by saying I AM A WALMART SHOPPER!!! So I compare most places to walmart and mainly walmart prices! Michaels regular prices are not walmart prices! They are actually pretty expensive! They do have higher quality items but even their cheapest picture frames you can get a higher quality frame for cheaper at walmart! But let me tell you what! Their clearance is amazing! Michaels clearance can be BETTER THAN walmart prices! Like these wooden crates (made into nightstands) that we all know and love! Michaels had them marked down to $9.99 when at walmart its almost $13! But even better is their last chance clearance! I bought a cork board (made a chore chart for my 5 year old) that was originally $60....... I got it for $8.... yep eight dollars! Plus they have amazing 40% off any one regular price item coupons! Definitely will be going back!

Theyre usually well-stocked and the employees are typically helpful. Watch your coupons for good deals-- email or newspaper circular. They also have standing teacher discounts. I have shopped there often for scrapbook paper, beads, paint, picture frames, home decor, holiday decor, party favors, kids craft kits, etc.

Had a good selection of merchandise and had some good deals but some stuff was a little pricey. Just be familiar with what you are looking for and prices and decide if they have what you want at a reasonable price.

Michaels is the only store that I have used to do my photography framing. The staff is helpful.

I was hoping that my first visit would have plenty of wow factor but to my disappointment it did not. My immediate area no longer has a craft store so I went there in hopes of finding an adequate replacement for my old one. The store is small. The yarn selection is minimal. The staff was hardly seen. Prices were a disappointment as it seems they run a basic 40% sale around the clock on the items.

I just started back to doing crafts...MY 2ND HOME💗

We went in to have 2 prints framed. The framing expert was fabulous. She helped us with the choice of frames and mats. One print was of Frank Lloyd Wrights Falling Water, and she helped choose a frame based on her knowledge of Wrights design style. Cant wait to pick up the finished product!

Love our Morgantown Michaels! Right off the interstate. Close to plenty of other shops and restaurants. Has tons of craft supplies and decor! What I love most is their loyalty program! I get coupons constantly and they always have great sales!!!

Great store. Less crazy than expected for a December day. Staff friendly and helpful. I think Michaels has more glittery and sparkly things than other name brand craft stores.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Store is always well stocked and fairly organized. Never had an issue here. Though being a dude my visits are infrequent at best, I will return when I need a picture frame or some glue.

Great catch up sale

I am always at a bit of a loss is rating chain stores because if youve seen one, youve likely seen them all:Wide array of jewelry, framing, and craft supplies. Parts for clocks and other hobbies. Decorative items for most holidays.This particular store likely has a larger selection of true art supplies, since it is in a university town. Lots of types of pens for calligraphy, music, and drawing, various paints, etc. The cashiers seem to be mostly college girls who are very pleasant. The framing/matting desk has at least one person who seems exceptionally competent, but if shes helping a customer choose from the dizzying array of possibilities, dont expect any other help from her.

Its a nice Michaels location. The shopping carts are oddly small though and didnt have enough space to fit my sons infant car seat. I carried the seat and one of the little baskets instead, but it was a challenge getting through the isles and he got heavy. Ill definitely plan on baby wearing next time.

I called today living in uniontown pa looking for round wooden clothes pines and I asked the young lady to make sure that they had them before I drove there she said yes they do I ask would they hold a pack or two for me she said no need we have a lot !!! I drove there walk in asked to be shown where it was I’m disabled and need to help to find them nether the less they where gone either sold or didn’t have them I was apologizing to I didn’t know who I talked to so could ask what happened !!! Michaels was AMAZING. There was the best sale on beads I ever saw. It was buy one get two free on the strung beads. I spent around 27 dollars and saved nearly 50 dollars. Amazing, amazing, ama to the ZING!

I usually start here when I’m working on a project. Everything is very well organized and I can usually find everything I need pretty quickly though I could probably spend a couple of hours in here. In an emergency I have actually purchased a glue gun and a handful of supplies and slapped something together in the parking lot. Pretty convenient.

Used their custom framing service. Everything came out 100% perfect. Its a little pricey, but well worth the money to protect something you care about.

Michaels is a decent art and craft supply store. Their business model is to keep people frequently engaged in the store with coupons and deals that do not mix with the coupons. The variety and quality of the products is great though for kids crafts to more serious projects.

I am so glad there is a Michaels craft store within a reasonable distance to where I live and shop. Michaels items are medium to high in price, but if a customer gives their email address, the Michaels store will send coupons to the customers to make their shopping experience more user friendly. I LOVE shopping at Michaels when they have their sales going on and I especially LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their $1 sale bins !!!

I wanted picture frames and had purchased them buy one got one at hobby lobby but it was only a weekly ram sale. Michaels seems to have buy one get one all the time. Thumbs up

Its a great place for crafters and artists, but customer service was slightly lacking. We werent greeted and we couldnt find any associates to help us locate items. The woman at the register was the only associate we saw and she was great. She was nice and friendly, but was able to ring us out quickly and get us on our way.

I love Michaels. They have a wonderful variety of crafting supplies and more they have about everything you would need for any project. So many choices its a great place to shop I tend to spend too much there because I love everything :-)

It was really a mess, empty shelves, things needed straightened and faced out. I think being the only craft store in town they arent prepared for the bussness . Have to admit not the norm for this store.

This is one of the few Michaels that we were on to in West Virginia. Its a very popular chain, ride along with many of the other artwork suppliers in the area. This is off pierpont exit 7 in the commerce area to the north of i-78.

My favorite to shop art. The Uniontown store is too small but still has a lot to choose from. They offer many coupons and discounts to help out the customer along with a teacher discount. The prices are medium to high but are greatly reduced when combining discounts. Its the only place to get supplies, decorative items, and crafty stuff in the area that doesnt break the bank.
