Target is always clean and well-staffed, with friendly employees. Their option to order online and pick up in-store works far more seamlessly than their nearby competitor. The Starbucks inside is an added bonus.

The store is nice, staff is okay however they could be more helpful when selling insurance for their electronics. They didnt go by helping me. I filed my claim for my JBL TUNE225 earbuds which the right earbud unfortunately does not turn on after 2 months.They charge an thats it. The girl Emily asked may I help you an I told her I filed my claim I reached a crash during my claim. She says we sell you the insurance an its out of our 🤲and turns her head in a rudely manner.Thats terrible customer service. They dont care about their customers nor the merchandise the customer purchases.What a terrible world 🌎 we live in. To sell product without further help. Their insurance is unfortunately squaretrade.Disregards.

I’ve never left a review but I was very annoyed so I’m going to. Yesterday, I was in this store at around 4pm and there was 6 young people (2 of which didn’t even work there) leaning up against the registers by self check out. They weren’t helping customers, if anything they were making us all uncomfortable, and most importantly they were not cleaning anything. It was clear they were just hanging out with their friends and getting paid 15 dollars to do so. 🙄

Terrible experience... And sadly this isn’t the first time. I’ve worked in retail and I have customer service experience but for some reason, unknown to myself, I feel as though this store has not trained its employees on customer service. I am 9 months pregnant shopping in the baby section, this is my first child so I feel like taking time to browse while trying to figure out what I need as a first time mom isn’t unrealistic. The past couple times I have been to this location I have felt watched/followed and it’s the same lady every time...wearing the same jeans, sweater, crossbody purse, and ponytail. With having retail experience it was not hard for me to understand that this was their version of loss prevention which after I was followed from the baby section (taking advantage of the spend $100 get a $20 gift card they were offering), to the basket section (grabbing one basket for shoes and one for diapers to access easier on my changing table), and then to checkout where we made eye contact as she pretended to look at items close to the registers. I verified with the cashier that she was loss prevention (as I was checking out with my purchases like I always do, the cashier even said, “You shop in here all the time.”) which an idiot could have assumed because she made it so obvious. However, what I want to know is why her top priority on her loss prevention list is someone who is 9 months pregnant shopping for baby items, has never stolen anything in her life, and who shops at Target more than any other store. So tonight this Target lost a customer due to their inability to prevent this because of poor customer service. Bless that cashier for having to hear me rant. If I could give any advice to this store- get a better loss prevention staff because she is causing the loss of loyal customers.

The store was very clean, bright, and orderly. All precautions for COVID-19 infection were well highlighted and in place.

My husband and I went into target for the fitness rings.. we spent our time browsing the aisles since we haven’t been to target in awhile. We were followed from the fitness section, to the home decor, the pharmacy section all the way to the cash register, by the same employee. While we understand it is a form of loss prevention... we have always shopped there with no problems. We will no longer be shopping at Morgantown target.. we will choose to drive to Bridgeport or just go to Walmart from now on.

The store associates are very kind and knowledgeable. They go the extra mile to make you feel like they care about you as their customer.

My go to shopping place. Get the Target debit and get 5 percent off all your purchases, bring your own bag and get 5 cents off. Great prices every day, nice employees. I will say the debit does sometimes take a couple of days to come out of the bank. I have often used the free shipping to store feature and have been pleased with it. I have their app which is nice too.

Targets are always a cleaner more organized option to shop at than Wal****We always check out Targets locations whenever were out shopping. Theyre just a more relaxing shopping experience.

I had to go here twice in one day, on New Years Day 2020, and each time was a pleasant experience with friendly personable employees and a young woman named Alex who was working at the Starbucks in the Target store, who took the time to make my coffee taste good when the machine was acting up a bit.

I like Target, but I would like to see more stylish clothes for bigger women. Also, I was there to purchase a baby shower gift. There were many empty shelves in the baby clothes. I felt I was very limited as to what I could pick from the baby registry.

I have never have a bad experience in store, so I finally decided to try order pickup. Use it! The system they have set us was way easier than I expected and didn’t disappoint with convenience or ease of use.

Nice place, but they dont except my friends international debit card. Im not sure if thats a common problem but if you wish to pay with an international card the Walmart nearby does accept her card, it might be the safer bet. They never hound me about my service dog, even if hes not in his vest, so thats good. The employees arevery nice also.

Horrible....its all young college kids working there...zero social interaction. Lots of the merchandise wasnt even priced, like the cap stand for magnolia paint, not a price in sight. Electronics was worse, I wanted to register a complaint with Customer service, the store manager took way too long. I told the girl working the area that the manager took to long and I had to go. She just looked at me.... Very bad customer service overall, I worked with the public for 35 years, so trust me, I am an expert on this.

Clean and bright and helpful staff. I enjoy walking into the store and being met with the deal spot. So many neat items they catch you with before you make it inside. Wish the store had the added benefit of the fresh section and it would really keep me out of Walmart.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is always kept in a clean condition and is always well stocked. Unlike Walmart, I recommend this Target if you have any quick shopping needs since they do usually keep more than one register open and you can get in and out fairly quick.

I got in and out. The associate was very nice.

The cashier wouldnt take 2 coupons because he said it was illegal to take duplicate coupons. They were printed coupons and he was probably new. Took almost half an hour to ring the order because he had to read the fine print on all the coupons.

For me, this is only an occasional place to shop. I love the fact that I can shop here with few other customers to spoil my shopping experience. Prices are higher here and their line of generics are not as good as Walmarts. That being said, I much prefer this setting over Walmarts. Its OK for a quick stop.

With the loss of most all high end department stores, its good we at least still have a place that is better than other discount stores.

I returned a Christmas gift with the receipt that my daughter gave me to get cash for the return. The customer service person would not discuss the issue with me and said that the only option was a gift card that I didnt want because of a previous issue or to put it back on my daughters card. She was very rude and would not get her manager for me to speak discuss the situation. I will never purchase anything from Target and will make sure that I share my story with anyone that ask about Target.

Like any Target, go in for one thing and come out with three shopping carts filled to the brim of clearance items because you spent two hours browsing aisle end caps for things you think you need but really could do without but end up getting anyway because theyre cheap and cute.
