Please take your young children elsewhere. I called ahead to make sure that two people would be available so the process would be a quick and easy one for my four-year-old. Not once but twice they could not get one ear pierced correctly. What was supposed to be an exciting fun time turned into a horrible experience that has most likely traumatized my child. Please think twice about taking a young child here for piercing.

The girls were great with our daughter! She just turned 8 and was very apprehensive about getting her ears pierced. We went there purposely when we knew that there were two on duty so that we could get both ears done at the same time.

Sister store of Zales and Kays, so they have pretty much the same jewelry for a fraction of the price. Helpful and friendly staff. Decent selection, good prices.
