Very pleased with my visit with Dr. Esposito. It was inexpensive, quick, clean, and she is one of the nicest people I have ever met! I felt like a valued patient, not just another client. Also when I called the vision/glasses center with a problem ordering lenses, Parker went out of his way to find out where and how to send my contact prescription and did so with a very happy and friendly attitude. I always commend the small but important customer service tactics because they are fading traditions, but the most important.

Stephanie and Parker at the Retail Center Walmart in Morgantown were awesome! I was thankful to get such great service at 10 o’clock on a Sunday morning. Highly recommend this location for whatever you need eye wise.

The opticians here are awesome. After having gone to the vision center at the University Town Center and having them screw up my prescription twice, this place is amazing. I had gone to my normal eye doctor and wanted to buy my glasses at Walmart. I can’t remember names but the people there were extremely nice and helpful with telling me exactly what I needed to know about my prescription. They reordered my correct prescription and double checked them themselves before calling me to pick them up so that they could make sure they were perfect. They even went out of there way to pick them up from the other Walmart since that’s where I originally went. I would highly recommend coming here if you need to order glasses.

The RX was all wrong. Didnt change my vision for the better at all. Spent about 400 there with everything only to wear a pair of glasses that didnt help my vision at all. I seen no change from putting them on and taking them off

Went in for a glasses repair emergency. I got my frames from an entirely different place and they still looked at different ways to fix them. They looked at cheap frames to switch lens, then to switch out arms, then a rubber band at the hinges. No up sell, no expensive options, and they even went to the pharmacy to get a repair kit for me. I am very happy with the service and will use them again, even if its just for a repair.

Wonderful experience. Had been expericing some eye irritation attended my appointment come to find out had a shard of metal in the eye. Service was provided promptly and effectively by the doctor and everything was resolved. Follow up care by the doctor was considerate and thoughtful.

Dr. Esposito is great, as well as her staff. The vision center staff was wonderful. Stephanie took her time with me, was very detail oriented and extremely nice.

Do not use Walmart VISION CENTER IN GRAFTON for ANYTHING!!Had the worst experience. Had to wait two yes TWO hours WHILE the receptionist checked my insurance AFTER telling me she would do THIS prior to MY DAUGHTERS appointment . LET ME ADD THIS AS WELL I DID GIVE RECEPTIONIST MY INSURANCE INFORMATION AKA GROUP # and FAXED COPY OF INSURANCE CARD ON MONDAY MORNING TWO DAYS PRIOR TO MY DAUGHTERS APPOINTMENT. when I confronted receptionist Wednesday afternoon at my daughters appointment the receptionist (Whom I will not name) THEN PROCEED to be extremely rude. ..... Even after the appointment! !! I have been in the Healthcare profession for over 16 years and know how a efficient Healthcare office should run. There is NO absolutely NO room for lack of consideration for patients.The ONLY positive note is that Dr. Hannah was very sympathetic to the situation and tried to correct the situation.DR. HANNAH SHOULD CONSIDER GETTING A NEW RECEPTIONiST/ ASSISTANT! !!

Took an hours for her to get one patient done talking away not even caring that there are people in the waiting room dr Esposito sucks she dont care that you are waiting now there is another Paiute to she is seeing which will prob take an hour also it is 1231 and my appointment is supposed to be at 1230 and the other person waiting was at 12 and just getting to him never come here unless you want to wait for hours

A little slow but everyone is friendly.
