I called up for a current project that needed to be done by a certain date. I was told to measure myself and come in for a quote and that it was “no problem”. After doing so, I never received a call back. I called and was asked the same questions I already had answered. I was then told they couldn’t help me for a month and a half.I do not understand how it went from “no problem” to we absolutely can’t help. Thank you for wasting my time.
