Customer service was amazing. Theres a billion ice cream flavors there too. Before you get your ice-cream its worth looking around too, theres some really interesting things. My only complaint is it is definitely a little pricey for their ice-cream and the pricing is unclear, but it was such a great experience otherwise.

I have been a loyal patron for the last 7 years. My daughter lives here; I am from NJ. I brought friends from NJ to visit today. I was excited to show off the local favorite. Store smelled horrific (like mildew), store was in disarray, and even hazardous to traverse. My friend attempted to turn the carousel displaying magnets by the front door, but a mug had been staged precariously on the carousel, which fell and broke (before the carousel could even be turned). When we got to the register to pay for our other items, we were charged 14.99 plus tax (and convenience credit card upcharge) for the mug, along with the other items we purchased.I called later to discuss with management (Theresa), explaining that the mug had not even been touched (kindly review the video surveillance) and that $15 seems excessive considering my long standing patronage and purchase of other items. There were no concessions made by management. I will not be returning.

Amazing ice cream! Service was awful. I have been here a few times and most of them have been good visits. I make sure to tell people about this place whenever possible. Tonight, i am no longer a fan. I have always bought 2 scoops when getting ice cream, but never 2 flavors. I asked the gentleman if the 2 scoops for $6.99 would included 2 flavors, since I hadn’t asked before. He said of course. I got a scoop of strawberry cheesecake and a scoop of blueberry cheesecake. My roommate got 2 scoops of other ice cream flavors. I then got a pint of coconut for $8.99 for my girlfriend. I go to pay and he rings them up $4.99 each per scoop. I was like hey man, he just said the 2 flavors is $6.99 so.. he said no, we don’t do that here. I turned and asked the guy who just told me this 6 mins ago.. he was like yeah, I’m sorry. I said, he told me this and acknowledged that he did, I would kinda like to get that. The man said no. Then said nothing to clear the air, to make it right, and just gave me the dirtiest of looks. I paid my $31 for 4 scoops and a pint of ice cream and never once heard the man try to do anything to make the situation right. I will not shop here again and I will not recommend. At any given time, customers can be out of line.. Tonight, I was not and it was unacceptable. Lying to customers gives your business a bad reputation over time.

Wonderful place to search for your best fishing and outdoor clothing. Henry can help with fishing spots and suggest the best lures. You can tell they really focus on customer service. Ice cream is pretty good as well.

Theres nothing better than taking my kids here on a summer evening. The selection of ice cream is huge and everyone gets what they want (a big deal for my family). Sitting on their porch eating ice cream while laughing and talking with my kids is one of my best memories!

The place is unorganized and smells like mildew. The prices are inflated and customer service is poor.

Ice cream was good, there sell hershey brand hard ice cream which is okay, the soft serve they do mix in fun flavor combos which I really enjoyed. I did ask for a chocolate cake flavor and it tastes like amaretto which I find odd.

Quite an interesting place to spend a bit of time. It’s a gun shop, tourist stuff, and really good Hershey ice cream with some unusual flavors. Dark chocolate raspberry truffle, peanut marshmallow, unicorn, banana and 20 more. 4 different flavors in a cup was $8.99. They will do tastings if you just can’t decide. Worth the trip if you’re looking for a pink camo rifle and case.

Ice cream selection is second to none. They have everything you can think of. They also have an abundance of outdoor seating.

Im not usually in this area but noticed the ice cream sign as I was passing the store and decided to turn around and stop. I will be stopping each time Im in the area going forward. They offer 72 flavors of Hersheys scoop ice cream. During the summer, they offer over 90 flavors of soft-serve in addition to the Hersheys as well as other options. The gift shop is great, and Ill allow more time on my next visit to look around.

The service was excellent very busy on Saturday but the young man did a great job only one working. The lady at the register was very kind. Definitely will be back and definitely recommend

Pricy ice cream but tons of Hershey flavors and cone types

We call this Gun Shop Ice Cream. It has a bit of everything ranging from candles and decorations to bows, fishing rods, and ice cream. So many flavors to choose from! This place gets packed on nice days and in the summer. Its an experience to visit, and Id definitely recommend at least one trip to see it for yourself.

Great place for ice cream and artsy items. Theres an entire hunting/fishing/sporting section in the back half of the store. They are very accommodating and provide nice customer service when needed - such as bringing your ice cream out to you on the patio chairs. Lots of seating outside; aisles inside can get a bit crowded at times with all of the merchandise inside the front half of the store. Overall we enjoy going for a sweet treat.

The Staff was very pleasant, even with a lot of people in line. I sampled the Peanut Butter Chippy - yum! My friends tried Rum Raisin and the house specialty, the Morgantown Socialite which is a combination of chocolate ice cream with pecans and bourbon infused caramel! Definitely worth the stop!

Mountaineer Country Ice Cream has so many different ice cream options! For both hard and soft ice cream! I always get the Brown Sugar Butter Bourbon. Its addicting. The store itself has a lot of items to look at, a little bit of everything. They also have lots of rocking chairs on their porch that are perfect for sitting out and having an ice cream date or bringing the family.

As far as I know this place has the largest selection of ice cream around! This is a great place to take your significant other on a nice little date. The ice cream is great! There is some seating inside and lots of seating outside. They also have lots of random stuff for sale inside. The place is PACKED. So packed in fact it’s actually hard to walk around to look at the merchandise. The have stuff from local maple syrup to fishing supplies.

Ive literally been telling everyone I know about this place! They have the most flavors of hard scoop ice cream Ive seen outside of a specialty ice cream parlor (and even more than some of those!). The ice cream is AMAZING, and they have a huge porch full of gliders and rocking chairs where you can sit and chat with friends. I cant wait to come back!

Nice store. Very relaxed and friendly people. This store is loaded with all kinds of interesting items. I thought it was just firearms and ice cream. They have an abundance of novelty and gift items as well. The food was good. We had barbecue sandwiches and french fries. Give them a try.

As someone whos recently found out hes lactose intolerant, the fact that they have Oat Milk ice cream is a life saver. It was getting to the point where the debate in our household was where Dad goes for any dessert since DQ is outta the question.The other day we stopped in and I was just going to get a snack while my wife got icecream till they mentioned their vegan ice cream. Please lead that pitch as having Lactose Free...trust me, thatll sell it more than vegan will.Thanks for making ice cream on the go an option again!

Great people here, a guy spent half an hour helping me pick out the perfect shoulder holster for my pistol and fitting to to me. They have the biggest selection of gun holsters that Ive found in the area and a lot of other great stuff too. Ive never tried the ice-cream though, just gone in for gun stuff.

The ice cream, the atmosphere and the people are very nice..We live on the other side of Morgantown. This store big and interesting. It is worth the drive.

The most flavors offered on both regular and soft serve ice cream that Ive ever seen. Theres a lot of options for this small place. Get the Graham cracker ice cream. The gift shop/gun shop/hunting and fishing shop is near too. You can sit out front and eat ice cream.

Theres a lot a various items in the store. Its a bit crowded and hard to look through, but then again thats part of the fun in what you might discover. The ice cream bar had some new flavors and I was really surprised by the cone variety (M&M cookie cone, pretzel??). Also an assortment of snacks and food that looked homemade.

Lots of parking and a sportsmans dream, although it involves a bit of hunt to delve into the massive array of inventory...But you ARE hunters and fishermen, right!?!
