Jennifer who works in the Morgantown mall zales is the most unprofessional customer service rep I have ever dealt with. Beyond abrasive and confrontational. We purchased a very expensive ring and will be taking it back. So disappointed and in disbelief the treatment we had received. Words can not describe how bad our service was with her.

Terrible service! The manager and all of the employees are very unprofessional and unpleasant. I drive up to the Washington PA store to get my rings cleaned and inspected just to have decent service. They are always so rude every time I would go there. They refused to clean my ring even though I bought it in that store and they were less than helpful when I purchased my ring. The lady who helped me put my info in the system wrong so I had to spend 2 hours at Washington PA Store for them to fix their mistakes so my warranty wouldn’t be voided. 0/10 would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
