Best customer service. It was so nice to walk into a business and be greeted by a helpful staff. They got me what I needed and out the door I went. I will drive out of my way to shop here.

New management recently, modernizing inventory selections. Still great customer service, some of the familiar faces still around. Outstanding hardware section individual items still in stock. Refreshing alterative from faceless big box.

Prices may be slightly higher than a big box store but definitely get better service. Someone other than a paid doorman greets you every time.

It honestly pays to shop here if you are in a hurry and you dont want to fool with going to a big box store where theres entirely to much real-estate to cover besides the prices are comprable and the staff are knowledgeable and quick to help you as soon as you walk to the door. Fast effective service with a smile. I almost always seem to find what Im looking for here . Now thats my kind of shopping experience.
