Very nice and polite and very professional

Have waited a long time for Clayton Homes in Morgantown to compensate me for the mistakes theyve made, but apparently thatll never happen. Ordered a house and it was delivered with all the wrong appliances and options. Paid extra for stainless steel appliances and the house came with black appliances. Didnt order a sliding door but got one. Took way too many phone calls and visits to Morgantown to get work done at my house. The day we paid for the house, the manager promised me a 1k gift card to address the appliance mistake. Theyre too big and too many people involved who handle various aspects of the set up and placement. Stay away from this place.

BUYERS BEWARE This place dont build dreams like they claim they CRUSH DREAMS. Picking this company to build my dream home was by far the worst decision Ive ever made. So if value your time, work and money I strongly advise you to explore other options. I started my journey in 2017 and its now 2020 and here I am paying house payment and insurance and have been since day 1 (2017) for something I will never have. It takes all I have to make it day to day and with everything going on in the world right now I still have to deal with this on top of it. But in the meantime they conduct business as usual with not a care in the world. THATS HOW MUCH THEY VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS

This place is a COMPLETE JOKE, they ruin lives. if you want to get a new house anytime soon don’t bother going to Clayton Homes.. unless you’re wanting to wait around 3-4+ years! they do nothing but give you the run around and do absolutely NOTHING to fix their mistakes. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.

Actual good construction built homes

Called Clayton Corp and was told they travel within 150 miles of their location, get on the phone with a local representive in WV and they told us they will not service us even though we are only 138 miles from the location. They obviously cant get their act together so I wouldnt even consider Clayton homes as a option for our first home due to the horrible service we received.

They have very beautiful homes and nice aray of mobile & modular very homie !!

Wish i would of done research on this place. Got house. Wasnt what we thought we were getting. Roof leaks, things arent being done. House been on our lot almost three weeks. Still no skirting. Screws came up thur floor and ripped kitchen floor. Doors you can see daylight all around them. Central air didnt come when house came. Get the run around. Was told would get extra cabinet in kitchen. Didnt get it. Was lied to from day one. Still waiting and told weather permitting. Well was nice yesterday and so far this morning anf no one calls to come out or been out. Guess will call that number that came in my package and file a complaint.

Great people. Very up front about everything

Worse experience ever. They were slow and left me homeless for way longer than they said. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
