ABYSMAL customer service. I would leave a zero star review if I could. Cant be bothered to take down information properly, cant be bothered to contact the patient when there is a delay, rude and condescending. Use any other company but this one!
This is a local branch of a larger company. The people in the local office seem mostly helpful. However, anything beyond the onitial office interaction involves the national office phone tree. Very difficult to navigate the phone tree. This company also will consistently overbill and then after a very long time on hold the billing person does not actually have access to bills and cannot address the concern stated. They take my number and say that someone will call me to address the problem. No one calls. I get overdue billing notices and threats of collections. This dme has now cost me and my insurance thousands of dollars in less than a year and hours of time on an automated phone tree and on hold. They have yet to return any of my calls. Customer service is not important to these people.
