Bought a side by side from Marc this week. This was my second purchase from ET Golf and it was as enjoyable as the first. Marc, as well as the other employees, are exceptionally friendly. What makes for a nice buying experience is the fact they arent pushy and will hold something (short term) so that the buyer can think through the decision.I encountered a serious issue with the machine I purchased (on a personal level, no fault of Marc or his products by any means). I would have been thoroughly screwed had this been any other place. I can not say enough about Marc going above and beyond to rectify the problem. I can definitely say - buy here with confidence!! We bought an awesome used EZ Go golf cart from ET last year (and just never left a review until now). Mark and Jay were both friendly and great to deal with throughout the whole process! We got a reasonable price for it and the accessories we wanted. (I was happy it was my fav color of sapphire blue.) The cart was only 1 yr old that came from a high class country club from out of state and it was in excellent condition. 🙂👍They replaced the whole seat cover that just had a small hole in it before Mark delivered it to our house himself! We highly recommend ET Golf carts and we always tell everyone about them! Great prices! Great service! A++

Called and spoke with the owner Mark and asked if they could do an oil change on my 2013 Can-Am Spyder. He stated he could so I took it and dropped it off which took an extended lunch since it was a 45 minute drive each way. I dropped it off on a Thursday and the following Tuesday morning I get a call from the mechanic who said he had bad news for me. Said they couldnt do the oil change after all and that he was afraid of possibly damaging a clip or two and wouldnt be able to replace due to not having Can-Am parts. Jay and Jeff were nice guys and while I appreciated their honesty, I was upset they wasted my time and gas money driving so far. Dont tell people you can do something and cant deliver please. Since they were nice, I will still consider them when I start looking for a golf cart.

Jay was awesome! We told him what we wanted and he hooked us up!! Simple as that.

Great prices and products. Staff are extremely helpful and very nice. Bought a used 2016 E-Z-GO golf cart from them. Was in great shape and was exactly what I was looking for. Put a brand new seat cover on it before they would let me take it home because it had a hole in it.

I purchased Yamaha golf cart from here this week. I dealt primarily with Mark but also had a little interaction with the staff, A+ for all of them! I dont feel like I stole the cart from them, but certainly a fair deal in comparison to other locations, as well as better inventory (considering the current shortage everywhere).Two things that stood out to me was A) Me and my wife wanted a little time to think about such a large purchase and Mark was willing to hold the cart for us while we gave it some thought B) I had no way to get this cart home and Mark delivered it a considerable distance to accommodate me.I wouldnt hesitate to deal with this business again.
