First off..exceptionally clean.My service person was very caring and accommodating .Loaner cars or shuttle service are offered if needed. I had a dr appt. and was dropped off by 1 of 10 drivers and picked up .Had my rear wheels straightened and new tires mounted in 3 hrs. now my car drives like new again
The experience was pleasant. I made an appointment a few weeks back for a Service A, and they were prompt and were informative about whats going on with my car. Customer service was excellent, facilities were clean and accommodating.

Had my 2015 Sprinter DEF / Diesel recall work this past week (April 2021). It was a all FREE to me.The re-call only covers certain parts. There was one part that was not covered, DEF CAT. The service rep, Ed, advised me that the part would cost $1,900. At that point I called the Mercedes Benz Customer service hot line (not the dealer, the 800 number). I argued that I would not be doing all this work without the recall AEM notice. After complaining a few minutes, they open a ticket to review my issue. Eventually MB corporate contacted the service rep, Ed. Ed did talk to them and had Mercedes Benz cover the part. Eventually they covered everything 100%.They replace many sensors and most of the exhaust, including the cat converter looks new.So far I have no issues with the work.The MB Service center in Morristown NJ has always been top notch and professional thanks to service reps like Ed.

I brought my car in for service and apparently problem after problem occurred resulting in my vehicle not operating at all. These people have terrible customer relation skills and left me with a major problem (vehicle is not drivable and does not even start up) then they requested a $1500 down payment to cover repair costs of tearing apart my engine before any work is performed just incase my extended warranty coverage does not approve their claims.My vehicle was driven into the shop . There is no reason my vehicle should have left on a flatbed that they paid for after the damage Herman Diaz called the police on me because he no longer wanted to deal with me or my vehicle after the problem (whatever occured) happened in THEIR SHOP IN THEIR POSESSION A WEEK AFTER THEY PREFORMED AN INITIAL SERVICE.(This is the second time they messed up my vehicle) The first time they messed up my blower motor and didnt want to fix the problem. That job costs me $1100 .THESE GUYS ARE CROOKSAThey told me to contact my lawyer .Response to your response ;----‐-----------Thats all fine and dandy . But you guy fixed the initial problem and sent me home with the vehicle (because you guys needed back the loaner soooo bad ) and it was working fine. I had no complaints while I drove for the week or so that it took to get an appointment. Which then when I returned it for continuance of the claim to change my motor mounts, it apparently had internal engine failure .... what a coincidence that all my covered parts kept failing ... #SCAM

He found out the problem was electrical and the work was done as expected. The Service was done with no delay.I got a loaner car which is great and generous to be offered.Great Job by all.

Always a great experience, Willie is always very professional and personal at the same time. I only have one complaint this time. Which is not Willie’s fault. After I came to pick up my car, I waited over 15 minutes for it to come and the attendant, whom was great. He had helped me find my glasses in the loaner, had come to see why it was taking so long to get my car. He went to get it and noticed the service guys did not wash it this time. He asked if I wanted to have them wash it but by then I just wanted to go. On my way home I called to speak with the service manager and left a voicemail for him to return my call. I have yet to receive a call and it’s the next day. I did get a courtesy call from the service dept asking about my experience and told them the same thing and she said that she would have him call. Still nothing

Especially during COVID-19, Willie helped me schedule pick up and drop off services, and they come to my home to pick up my car to do services and deliver my car back after the service is done, and I can do payment online. It is really convenient, and the service nicely done without physically going to the service center. I really appreciate the great service!

I recently visited Mercedez Benz for an express service as my car tire was showing low pressure. The express service advisor Paul Singh was extremely helpful and professional . My car was taken care of on the priority bases. There was a nail in the tire and it needed a replacement which was done in 45 minutes. Thank you Paul Singh for your outstanding service.
Ed Salwan took care of me very well. I have lost my vehicle key and he went above and beyond to solve my problem asap. However, I cannot tell the same thing for his manager. Due to lost key my windows were stuck open and I asked kindly to cover the windows. They did it, which I am thankful for it. After removing the covers, it left glue marks on the vehicle. I asked kindly to remove them and Ed Salwan was very helpful for this issue. HOWEVER, Nelson Marquez is very unprofessional and fits the typical screw the customer attitude. He insisted that it was my fault and they dont have to remove the glue pieces. If it wasnt for Ed I would have taken legal actions towards this bigot service manager. Mercedes Benz Group should look into what type of hiring process they have.Service manager card says The best or nothing. what a joke...
Service advisor was Troy, great to work with answered any questions I had, reviewed service history (I purchased the car from another MB dealer), explained required B1 service and future maintenance required. Would ask for Troy again next visit.

They did a five year checkup....i called one day to ask what the notice on my dashboard meant. Chris called back and explained all. SAid they could do bext day. I explained that neither my husband or I were well enough to bring the car for this 6 or 7 hour service. He picked up my car in the am, explained how much it would cost, brought the car back next morning. All done as promised. Service here very expensive but this time, all worth it.

I had a flat tire and needed new wheels on a Saturday afternoon. It was closing time but Julio and the crews stayed after hours to setup new wheels and fix the issues. Thanks to him and the team, I could come back to MA from NJ over the weekend.

He always goes the extra mile to make sure that I get a good, clean Mercedes loaner car and that everything goes smoothly.I would recommend that they get more Mercedes Benz loaner cars, it’s horrible for customers to drop off a luxury car and be given a Toyota! It would also be recommended that they have more SUV loaners like an ML.
