Joey helped me find break pads for my car. 11/10 experience. He was very nice. Will be coming back because Joey was amazing.

Hope they give you a raise! All the customer service specials are handy and helpful. Love the idea that they are just down the road and always a pleasure going there.

Excellent service, fast friendly and extremely helpful. Rob (store manager) helped me locate a part that was not listed on the Autozone computer which was an exact match! Which avoided a trip to another store! Then her helped me with a warranty problem that would have stumped most! I would definitely recommend the south Cumberland Autozone as well as any other Autozone. This was an excellent experience!!!!!

When I arrived the 3 customer service personnel were not able to get to me at the time I arrived . I had to wait bout 15 minutes. But I was the only one in the store. They need to be more proactive in expediting task. But the person who helped me was very kind. It wasnt his fault for being on the phone. I did get a free diagnostic report for my car.

Its auto zone...idk why anyone ever tries to get parts here or advice. They are always short handed. Just go down the road to advance auto parts

It was a great place to buy parts and they had everything I needed for my 2005 Ford focus zx3 already in stock and were quick to get me what I needed so i could. They were very polite but the line to wait was a little obserd but thats most places anymore

Auto Zone is a great place to buy parts for your vehicle. The prices aint bad and if you spend 20 dollars 5 times, you get a free 20 dollars to spend. To some people thats not much but to others it helps out a lot. We always go to Auto Zone for our parts.

Absolutely terrible service, I walked in with 2 employees on the phone (not one of which acknowledged my existence even though I was standing directly in front of him at the counter). 2 other employees just wandering around also completely ignoring myself and the other customer in line behind me. The customer behind me walked out and I also did shortly after. I took my business to advanced auto where I was helped right after the customer who walked out of your store behind me. According to the advanced auto employee this is not a first time occurrence. For a company with competitors less than a mile away this is absurd. I will never use this store again and I will pass the word on to friends and family about this location and its lazy employees.

Serpentine belt broke on the trip back to Chicago and we lucked out with making it to this Auto Zone. Romeo L., one of the managers, was very attentive and friendly and went out of his way to help us find the right tools and parts. Rated four stars only because initially there was a wait to get help and the phone was noticeably ringing for a long time without anyone answering. Seemed like they needed more staff. Overall, we were able to replace the belt in the parking lot. What could have been a costly and timely repair was made a lot smoother with Romeos assistance.

On the real some of these dude couldnt fit there thumb up there but with both hands chances are they have what u need if not they can probably get it by the afternoon but you better do your homework cuz u may have to explain how cars work before they know what your talking about. Jack Yates is pretty knowledgeable tho

The man that helped me was very helpful in telling me how much antifreeze went in my daughters truck but I walked around and around and around in the store up and down the aisles looking for antifreeze and no one came to show me where it was. Instead of buying the antifreeze I just left and I still was not asked if I needed any assistance when I walked up towards the front when I walked out the door.

I went into auto zone to see about a relay for my airconditioning in my Kia sorento. Paul M. came out to my car and personally helped me figure out what was wrong with my car. It ended up being an easy fix, yet without him I wouldnt have figured it out.

Not so friendly or educated on automobiles at ALL!! Would rather go to NAPA or OReilly Auto Parts any day of the week!!

They have great service. They get to each costumer in a timely manner. Will to help in anyway that they can. They have most parts in stock. And idomes not in stock they can get by the next day. They have plenty of parking with multiple entrances wich make it easy to get in and out. They have handicapped parking and multiple weele chair ramps to acomidate there handicapped costumers. They also imploy Spanish speaking employees for there spanish speaking costumers. Some would give them 5 stars but 5 stars I reserve for the few.

I usually deal with certain people there, they were not there. But the people I dealt with couldnt find the order my mechanic shop put in for me when it was sitting in front of his face. Took them almost an hour to find it and for me to pay for it.
