I got new front tires and brake pads/rotors from Morristown Auto and Performance Center. When I first came in, Wally was very friendly and knowledgeable. He talked to me like a customer, not an inconvenience like some auto shops do. He helped me figure out the best products and saved me some money as well. The price was excellent, especially the labor costs, and they had my car completely set up by the time I needed it. I am extremely happy with their performance and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I was mid-road trip with my 2 boys and had a tire fall off my car! By the time the tow truck got to me it was 3:30 & they closed at 4. I didnt arrive until 5 minutes till closinf and they stayed late, replaced my bolts and lug nuts and got me back on the road safe and sound! It was such a relief! They even contacted me on Monday to be sure everything was still running smoothly! Excellent customer service!

From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, Wally took great care of me! I just moved to the area and was nervous about finding someone new for my oil change. Their price was half of what I pay from where I’m from so that was great and unexpected. They were so welcoming and professional. Never tried to sell me anything unnecessary to price gouge. Friendly people, make sure to make an appointment before hand. I was a walk in customer and they made sure that my car was seen to the same day I came in, but Im sure it wouldve been faster had I made an appointment. Overall good service and my car runs much better now.

Our vehicle broke down on a trip far from home, at the worst possible time. AAA took it to Morristown Tire. I see why. Chad fixed things up as quickly as possible, so we were once again on our way. I had an overall good experience with this shop, the mechanic did a great job fixing the problems I mentioned (TPMS light on, steering wheel and suspension way out of alignment, and new tires) he kept me informed an checked everything as he should, let me know my rear suspension has an issue which was very helpful to know cause Ive had alot of trouble keeping good tires on it for a year now. I would recommend them and give good credit to the mechanic for quality work, my car drives better than it has in months! 4-stars

Was able to take care of my vehicle in a very timely manner. Also was very nice to talk with while getting an oil change.

I brought my car in on a Saturday at 3:30pm overheating and with loss of power expecting the worst case scenario. I left it with them and Monday morning received a call with more than pleasant news. After general assessment and a few tweaks of the intake manifold and injectors all six cylinders were firing, power was restored and engine temp was back in spec.

The services are great. They are professional and courteous and get repairs and maintenance work performed promptly. I highly recommend Morristown Tire and Performance.

I had my car into Morristown Tire and Performance last week for brake pad replacements, repair of a leaky valve cover gasket, alternator and belt replacement, and oil change. The service performed was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I will be returning for future service and tires for all my vehicles.

Horrible place I took my car to get an alignment done and a week later I realized that my alignment was out so I hacked the car up and they had left my tie-rod sleeve loose.I took my car to porters and they told me that they shouldnt have done an alignment because the car needed control arm bushings. Those guys arent techs theyre scammers

This person here who works and owns this car at this facility is packed in a handicap parking spot. We were bringing back a uhaul trailer when turning into parking lot slightly rubbed the corner of this cars rear bumper and they were really rude and did not even politely speak to us and yelled out call the police. We were ready to take care of this incident. Was not even me driving and infuriated me about this. Bad business and a rep for uhaul.Horrible experience. Along side the owners employee was not even handicapped. When the owner who wears the the red Firestone shirt. Why do you let your on employees park in a handicap parking spot and have one. Thats rude to your customers. He stated this is private property. So yo u know what kind of business this is.

I started having issues with my car and after running circles with other Auto places Morristown Tire and Performance Center was able to help me! Over the last couple weeks I had a heck of a time finding a place to fix my car. The only downside is it does take time. There is a storage fee if your vehicle is here more than a few days. Rather it is still being worked on or not, which is the only thing I had an issue with. But the people I spoke to was very nice and professional. I will be back for sure! My new regular place for all my car needs!

These guys are amazing. Very nice and honest. I finally found a place that I will start taking all my vehicles. Honest and not trying to rip a person off, goes a long way. They keep you involved in the process of the repairs needed, and narrows the issue down quickly! Hard to find a company like this now days! The atmosphere is nice and relaxed! I had my vehicle inspected there, and they narrowed the issue down to two things quickly. The one they wanted to try first to repair was the exact problem. Great job Morristown Tire!

Absolutely a pitiful place to take your vehicle. Took my truck here to have tires mounted and balanced lost all my valve stem caps then didn’t put any back on them. The dope heads that work here with no teeth are the not the people I want working on my vehicles or trust to put my wife in a vehicle they have worked on. Then after confronting the owner I was asked to step outside of his place of business to fight out back??? Pathetic customer service. Wouldn’t recommend taking anything here!!

I came through town and had trouble with my BMW; apparently the Tire Center is under new ownership and the individual is a BMW Master Tech. I got better service than I ever received from any franchise dealership. The parts were ordered in the morning upon my arrival and I was on the road again by the end of the day.

Not only did I feel like they were stretching out the job to take longer, but they busted my tire studs sold me rims that are rubbing bad, but then didn’t put enough oil in when they did the oil change. About the only thing I felt went semi smoothly was the front end alignment.

I have bought to sets of tires from this place,second set had a warranty on them,go in this last time to have my tires rotated,they never told me they were shot,which really ticks me off,I have been riding around on bad tires for about 6 months!I would not recommend them at all!

I bought two tires from them. Four days later one was leaking. I brought it back, they said it was leaking from the bead. They sealed it but charged me. Yes they accually charged me to fix it. Not happy.

I dont understand the 1 ratings for Morristown Tire at all! Ive used them (3) times for auto repairs and twice for U-Haul drop offs. Ive always been charged reasonable rates for everything from oil changes, to a water pump replacement to an in-dash AC/Heater console unit replacement. On the AC/Heater console unit I was only charged 1/4 hour labor since it was an easy pop out and pop in.....the testing took longer than the installation. The U-Haul drop offs went smoothly and efficiently w/o hassle. Joe, the counter guy, is knowledgeable and communicates well, but he is also extremely busy running the front desk, billing, answering phones and settling accounts. Stan (the Man!) is a very good mechanic and explains the work needed in detail and at a level anyone can understand BEFORE he starts the job. The owner takes the time to talk with customers when he can. As a former Army officer, political office holder and definite car guy he can be engaging and easy to discuss pretty much anything with. I have confidence in this business since we moved here 19 months ago, and will continue my relationship with them for a long time to come.

Very slow, after waiting 1.5 hours they only had 2 tires done. It took a total of 2 hours to replace 4 tires.

I used to go to Firestone all the time. It seems like they have large jobs to do a lot, and getting to us that need a tire replaced or some small repair work done, it sometimes takes them a few days to get to you, but if you stick with your appointment they will always take great care of you and you can earn loyalty points for frequent visits.

These people are always helpful. Never a problem with them. Nice clean place. Clean bathroom. Good prices! I appreciate them!!

I brought my vehicle in there cause it was overheating they informed me that the transmission also needed work i spent almost $3000 and i still cant drive it because it still overheats. when we got it home it wouldnt start back up they towed it back there and changed the shifter cable because it was not put back on properly. they denied it was them and charged me for that to. i will never go back there again. on a previous visit the one in front asked one of the worker how much he said a price then said no make it and he bumped the price up saying it was a pain in the a** i should have known then but i was willing to pay to get the work done properly which is not what happened.very poor service

Dennis... thats why reading the bad reviews are important, to see if they are genuine reviews are just angry people venting because they had to pay for their own carelessness.You crashed into a parked car and then wonder why they need to call the cops for an accident report? Dont blame the parked car or the store for your carelessness. You expect them to just smile and eat the damage you caused? Seriously? They dont do transmission repairs. Period. I do not understand the they tried to sell me a new transmission review. They probably tried to send to away to a (non-affiliated) transmission shop for a proper diagnosis and it was misunderstood. And anybody that leaves a FIRETRUCK at a business with such a small parking lot for months (even when they contact you trying to get it removed) deserves to pay a storage fee.I have used them several times over the years- tires, a/c, brakes, harnesses- they are not perfect, but they are also not crooks and liars like some shops. That should be rewarded.

We had a small emergency with our Travel Trailer and we had to get a small repair for our faulty stem valve. We pulled up and Tim immedialty came out to help us, he replaced the valve and filled our tire in less then 5 minutes. Great experience here and we’re glad it was camper friendly.

This place will lie to you and will deceived you and charge you for things that claim they do and tell you can drive your vehicle off but then say bring back in couple days to have the rest fixed. What kind of people (company) would tell you to do that seriously. Then the mechanics are rude over the phone. They dont have all there ducks in a row. They over charge you for the work they havent done. So if you want your vehicle in working order I advise you stay away from these people. JUST SAYING!!!!!!!

Recently bought my car n was told everything worked perfectly lol yeah right.when test driving didnt really drive long enough for ac to get cold but I thought was cool enough that it was working condition but wasnt. Took here for ac serviced and was bone dry of Freon I mean dry. They done whatever they do when service and put 2 1/2 lb. Of Freon in. Now gets really cold fast. Just praying no leak in it so dont lose that.. So far so good! Thanks guys....

They have great customer service, we got an oil change, a/c charged and freon added, plus rented uhaul trailer they made sure we were safe to make our move. I highly recommend going there.

Got a alignment here. I left after it was finished. The car still pulled to the right. Called them and they said I would have to pay for a second alightment.. money hungry thieves. Would NOT recommend.
