My biggest gripe about this store is if you wear anything above a size 12 forget it. They dont have it. They apparently only stock shoes for little people. Even slides above a size 12 are none existent. If you are blessed or cursed (depending on your perspective) with small feet then this store might be the place for you. They do have good prices on name brand sneakers. If they offered to order shoes in my size for me then I might actually shop here someday.

My daughter has the weirdest sized feet and I have to hand it to the girls that work here, they really helped us tremendously. My daughter is such a little fashion diva and it took her FOREVER to find a pair or two that she liked and that fit comfortably.

Associates were very helpful and I love shopping there.

The lights werent centered and it really weirded me it since they werent- In a line? But other than that it smelled like crocs and they had great shoes

Store was Clean and very organized. They had what my daughter needed Nikes shoes and had her size it was a plus also the price was reasonable . The cashier was nice but looked irritated but she did her job. Must wear masks before entering the building . Free parking and handicap parking. Not so handicap friendly. Parking lot needs cleaned up alot of trash .

I bought a pair of Nike Air Bellas and one of the shoes didnt fit properly- Ive never had this happen. I came in to exchange the left shoe. The 3 girls at the register were very helpful and patient with me. We found another 7.5 sized shoe. To ensure they both fit comfortly the one sales lady had me try on both and walk around. They were perfect. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me. I really appreciate it. I am beyond satisfied with the service and love the shoes. Wish I knew the ladys name that helped me out!

Extremely rude made a comment to my fiancé about ahh nice stimulus check because we where buying shoes for our kids. I did not even receive a stimulus check for income. You should really think before you judge someone just because you have children I will not be back

They use to have a BOGO deal! Not anymore...I had given them 5 stars, but now they get 1! I only went in to buy 2 pair of shoes, but without the BOGO it wasnt worth it!

Well this is really usual for me to do a review on a business but I went in to show carnival just now to get my wife and I a second pair of new shoes from here because the first time it was a pleasure buying here.. with that said I was going to get us another 2 pair each with the sale they are having thats 4pairs but the two sales ladies or shall I say young ladies acted like I wasnt even in the store I went to front they would go to another department to the point you could hear them talking about which boy they liked and wouldnt even ask if they could help us I had good hope about here but if this is the type sales rep shoe carnival is hiring then Ill do business elsewhere

The salesman was very helpful but the shoes I wanted they didnt have the right size so I had them ordered and shipped to me but I received sandals instead of the tennis shoes I ordered

They held a pair of boots for me til I could get there. A lot of places wouldnt do that. And very friendly

The store is clean and well organized. I prefer to shop at this store for off season sales and clearance because the prices are not much different than other stores. Its nice if you are wanting a small store.

Its a shoe store. Large selection of Jo Jo. Every time Ive been in there, weve dealt with the rudest employees. You want a great store? Hire people who actually like their job. Due to this, Ill take my 4 kids shoe shopping elsewhere. Your loss.

Awesome deals on lots of clearance items! And the buy one - get one half off sale, that helps alot when buying shoes for a family of 5. Also the fact that the staff was great! As soon as you walk in they greet you with a smile, and ask if you need any help finding something. Definetly recommend doing your shoe shopping here!

Shoe Carnival doesnt hide what it is: a budget shoe store. You wont find the top of the line Air Max Nikes or the New Balance 990 series here, but you will find the less expensive Nikes and lower level Adidas. There are some weird brand names like Deer Stag and Hot Tomato - neither of which offer much in the way of good looking shoes. There are also an abundance of terrible Skecher shoes. I ended up with a new pair of Nike gym shoes and a pair of dress shoes for $93, courtesy of their BOGO deals. This isnt a Foot Locker, but you can find some decent stylish shoes in here without breaking the bank.

Its ok. Cashier not nice at all. Act like they dont care if you buy or not.
