Usually always good service I just wish that the selection was better.

Waiting…waiting…waitingHave 3 people “working” but in reality it’s only 1 person who is helping customers. Why would I spend over a $100 for shoes at your establishment when I can’t get anyone to help me. Then lady manager has a HUGE problem when I ask about the lack of help. Trash

Horrible experience went to get my refund and the lady at the counter was extremely unprofessional she kept giving me a big attitude and wasn’t understanding what I needed and she looked miserable I know we all have bad days but if you have a bad day keep that to yourself it’s extremely uncomfortable to deal with!!!

Went in to buy a Christmas present that was a Kentucky t-shirt and when I gave it to him for Christmas he loved it. We got it and checked out all the Alabama stuff they have. Had to get some new Alabama socks for me and my daughter for Christmas. We love them. They are very comfortable and very soft. Every time we are out there, they have always helped me and been eager to help me. The girls there are there are always so nice and willing to help you in any way they can. If you need with any type of sports memorabillia go check them out.

Friendly and very helpful staff. My baby tried on I bet 20 pair of shoes before choosing what he wanted. They was very patient with him and encouraged him to take his time and try on every pair he wanted

Prices are too expensive even for children shoes!Not worth it!

Too high on items really dont see how this store is making it. I think eventually theyll go bankrupt, like many other stores if Wal-Mart starts carrying name brands like nike under armour, and adidas it will be over.

I think the prices are a little inflated here. Also, I dont like the fact that this store carries what I consider to be a limited offering of University of Tennessee items when compared to all other schools. I also, think that it is difficult to get help from employees here.
