Not a supercenter but has just about all you need. Parking lot is decently lit. They have not been clearing the lot of shopping carts well as of recent but I sort of understand due to no one wanting to work. Very clean but the shelves are pretty bare also as of late. Same reason as above. Conveniently placed and easy to get in and out of from the road.

I like this walmart because they have more shopping carts with the double child seat attachment. I have 3 kids and until I found this out would not go to Walmart without my husband. Always friendly staff.

Always got good service if I needed anykind of help they had me .bout got everything that I need so far .and the prices are great as well .

Went to get my covid vaccine and was in and out in 15 mins

I placed an order for grocery pickup around 1pm today. The only pickup slot was from 6pm-7pm all the way across town. I checked in at 6:10. They said they would be right out. At 6:40 I had 2 employees come to my vehicle to confirm my order name and only then did they tell me I would be waiting another 45 minutes. He said I could cancel, come back tomorrow, or leave end come back. I told them I was picking it up today because I need it or else I wouldn’t order it!!!! I ran over to get me a coke and came back. I called to check back in and the girl on the phone couldn’t even pull my order up because she kept punching in wrong numbers! She finally put me on with someone else who got it pulled up. She kept explaining they were understaffed. I understand but how are you over an hour behind when you have designated pickup times???? I watched over 5 cars come and leave in the time it took to get my groceries. In total, I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes. I will never do that again.

No cashier. Put my products back and left the store. Wish I had just left the buggy full.

I found the motor oil I was looking for and the oil filter and the overall appearance of the place was pretty good. The shopping buggies are out in the parking lot quite a bit of them but other than that they need to think of a better system on the shopping buggy situation. Thank you very much

As much as I dislike going out in public for most any reason, I like this Walmart. Theyve done quite a bit of remodeling and it looks pretty good. I like the new self-checkouts. Getting in and out is much more efficient when everyone can go at their own pace. I have been ordering groceries through their pick-up service since before Covid hit and it has saved me so much time of getting a baby in and out of the store. All the employees I have encountered have been friendly and helpful.

It was a horrible experence. 1 line mile long. Will not go back

This Walmart is the worst in the Morristown local area it’s a disaster everytime you go in it full of lazy people that have no pride in what they do something out of stock takes 4 months to restock I think before I would have dropped so much money in remodeling it I would have closed it! The better Walmart store is 4331 west Andrew Johnson hwy

Store was pretty good and stocked great. The only problem I had is all 90 registers that were there were cards only. They literally had 60 employees standing around also with only one single cash lane open with the slowest 90 year old running it. The line was so long I just wound up leaving, extremely frustrating. Why only have one cash lane out of 90 open with so many employees standing around? Just blows my mind because this is turning into every single Walmart nationwide.

It is pretty maintained cleaned much so every time we go in and the bathrooms have been clean, they also have some really good deals from time to time,but one thing I have notice is not much on the shelves as of late, some of the employees are very helpful and nice,but their are some that just will not give you the time,day of any kind of help much less a smile. But I cant say what has happened in their day but they may of had a bad experience that day so I still smile at them and say have a nice day because I didnt walk a day in their shoes nor have they mine so I try and give every one the benefit of kindness.

I absolutely 💯 love this store, the staff is always very helpful if you are looking for something specific. The automotive department is great. Love the staff in there. This store has great handicap places to park. The store is always very well stocked with everything that you are looking for. GREAT STORE!!!!!!!

Cash only 39 minutes wait to check out at self checkout. Need store approval for help? Why would I need store approval to ask for assistance for???? Obviously you know you have a customer service problem or you wouldnt put a code lock on the help button.. do better Walmart

If I wanted to check myself out and bag my own groceries I would. But Im not paying Walmarts ever increasing prices while they are laying off employees and complaining about money loss while banking billions of dollars a year.We want our cashiers and door greeters.I Wont be back.

Jeff, Kaitlan and Jason were terrific! We had a blowout onour travel trailer tire and they made a difficult situation tolerable. Jeff and Kaitlyn rounded up a tire to have waiting f for us. We were over 100 miles away when it blew They had the tire wing for us and Jason was very accommodating installing the tire as soon as theope Ed at 7:00 am. Great job. Friendly. I gave 2 stars because the employees are nice and as helpful as they can be. But this location didnt have several common items in stock that you should be able to find at any Wal-Mart such as rechargeable AAA batteries. I was very disappointed that this Walmart only offers self check out lanes and the one assisted lane they had was closed. If customers have to do all the work and check themselves out and the shelves arent stocked then the prices should be a lot lower, but they arent. I told management I would drive 15 minutes out of my way just to have a bigger selection and my groceries rang up and bagged by the employees at one of their competitors.

Great selection,and other then that Im off the opinion that Walmart needs to give everyone at least a 10% discount on everything. Because its unfair I have to checkout my own items and bag them.

They finally had the cat food that I needed so that was good.

There were no assisted checkout stations open....only self checkout ones. First time using one. I couldnt get the attention of the staff member overseeing the checkout stations. Another customer had to show me what to do when weighing produce.If all Walmarts are going to complete self checkouts, I will quit shopping there. I prefer assisted checkout.

Tried to get the 8pc. chicken from the walmart super center in Morristown tn. there was none up front so I went to deli to order 8pc. I was told there was non if there was non up front and he had no intention of dropping anymore any time soon. Everything was almost empty and there was only one other customer there who walk away. So I got the chicken tenders with mash potatos n gravy and The potato salad. The tenders were cold and so hard I chipped a tooth the potatoes and gray were lumpy with pieces of crunchy potato in it. the potatoe salad was two different colors and taste horrible. I will never eat their again, neither will my family. It does no good to call they only give a feeble explaination, say they will look into it, and say they sorry and nothing ever happens. No compensation for the money I wasted or help to fix my chip tooth. What happened to good customer service. What happened to serving a great quality product or employees that actually take pride in what they do. You use to walk into walmart and your mouth would water. People use to be lined up around the corner trying to get that chicken. Sorry I wouldnt recommend purchasing hot food anymore to anyone.

Got a new tire cheep and was able to have them mount it on the rim for free with purchase and they balanced it for relatively nothing. They made getting a new tire quick easy and affordable. Thanks for your help.

Its a Walmart so they have a lot of different things. The one on the other side of town is bigger with a better selection.

Really terrible customer service and everything looks like a tornado hit it. Nobody knows where anything is or how to help with the simple items you ask for! Employees are always wearing two ear buds and playing on their phones while wearing a Walmart smock that says How may I help you? Get some freaking lessons on Customer service!

I went here to find the new Boxy girls/Boxy Babies doll for my granddaughter. This store never disappoints me! Its huge and Carries everything I need. Its always clean and organized and the employees are friendly and helpful. Parking is great to. I like this store better than the one in town for sure because it has more!

Don’t order tires from Walmart. They are not connected to Walmart.com. They canceled my order twice and it was beyond frustrating trying to get anyone in the store to help me. I was on hold for 45 mins til I arrived in store then had to wait another hour pass my appointment til they got it figured out. The manager said that they don’t have anything to do with Walmart.com even thou my receipt shows my appointment time in her store. Very frustrating and a total waste of time. The waiting area is closed down so I had to stand around forever waiting on them to figure it out and then ask me to cancel my online order and order it directly thru them. COME ON, they already got my money and cancelled my first order.

I like this location. Its clean and has an ok selection. The Halloween choosings however were pretty sad. Already pushing Christmas 3 months early.

I am a people person so if I feel like Im a person not just a customer I will go extra miles to shop where I feel wanted. Couple items we wanted to get not there empty spots on the shelves. Then check your self out. I didnt get a discount and I dont work there. Have to wonder how many people are losing their jobs over all the self check out.

Not sure if night shift is under staffed over worked or just dont care about customer satisfaction. Ask to check out at the electronic section, was rudely told he was looking for someone just wait😖 . Then second employee came up ask if she could help and told me they dont do check out in the area, no register back here, as i stood next to it., ask why she told me to go up front. 😡went up front no register open with a live teller. Went to an open station, it said i needed a Associate to continue, had another issue with the nose pierced bull ring Associate, long story short. Not my night, to say the least.

I want employees hired back in at the registers. I stand in line a long time so I dont have to check myself out.

If I wanted to be a cashier and check my self out I would have applied

Got gas. Very quick7/26/2020: usually have what I need. Customer service has gone downhill badly. If you pay with cash you have to go stand in the 2nd class line. I waited for 42 minutes the other day and only had 5 items. 3 managers told me they cant take cash. Then they stood and shot the bull with each other for 27 minutes.

I usually hate going to Wal-Mart after living in Pigeon Forge for about 20 years but Morristown Wal-Mart was different it was not crowded and they had everything fresh in produce and nice and easy to find in the rest of the store...the store also looked very clean...and l didnt have to wait forever to check out...as a matter of fact l have been there 3 times this week and will continue to patronize this store

Every single item we were looking for either wasnt in stock, wasnt it the spot it was supposed to be, or nothing to show the price. The pet area was a total disaster. People wouldnt even know about a lot of the items because they were either put behind items on the bottom shelf or up on the very top shelf not stocked.

I love Walmart I go there all the time cause there staff 8s helpful and friendly and the have low prices they always have what I need

We shop at this location mostly due to how close it is to where we live. However, that may change since they have most of their checkouts as self service and now you have to wait in line for that. They also run out of the dog treats we usually buy often. Not sure how much richer the Waltons need to be that they cant pay cashiers and provide a positive shopping experience.

They normally have what I need and the staff are normally helpful, bb; I just wish they was 24/7 still

Just left this place and Im pretty sure that not a single person in there had ever been taught customer service. The employees are stocking the shelves right now and you are in their way and best move out of their way. My family avoids this place like a plague anyways because of the chaos from the shoppers, but now its the douche employees too. Good job Walmart!

Tonight on a Saturday evening between 6-8pm they had all registers closed except for self checkout. My family will not be back until registers are reopened. This is unexceptable with a cart over flowing with groceries.

If youve seen one Walmart youve seen them all. This location was kind of cluttered. Same ole stuff. Just stopped there to look for a DVR because we were on that side of town. I hope they have a no hassle return policy because its not looking good. I have attached several pictures if this location for your enjoyment.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. Everything is all over the place, shelves are empty. Had over $150 worth of stuff in my buggy and not one single register open. I dont come there to work, I come there to shop. The front end manager tried to shame me because I told them to just keep it. Said I am making it harder on him by leaving my purchases there for them to have to put back on the shelf. The deli personell just stand and look at you and walk off. I asked a lady to help and she said theres only one slicer. If this billion dollar a year company cant hire personnel to ring up my purchase theres no reason to return. I like Big Lots better anyway.

Black Friday 2020. The store was clean, the employees were helpful and friendly, the shells for stocked, people were not acting like crazy people. I had a very good shopping experience and was able to find everything that I needed. Its located in a shopping center that has a lot of other things which makes for One-Stop shopping. Other stores close by are the Dollar Tree, Ross, Little Caesars, and of course you can Google more. I think it was actually DSW shoes if I remember correctly. Anyway, both the market and the home section of the store were very clean.
