The baristas always make the prefect drink. Super friendly, they do their best to get you what you want and get it done as quickly as the crowd and order will allow. I drive 25 minutes just to get my fix.

Great service but (out) of bacon. (Out) of oatmeal. Had to find an (alternate) meat for 12 customers. Hope they enjoy

This particular Starbucks will not allow you to redeem your stars or any rewards you may have received from Starbucks. Considering its the only one in Morristown, I believe thats something they need to work on but even though they put whipped cream on a drink when theyre not supposed to they are always freaking awesome.

Doesnt accept Starbucks online promotions. Need a true stand-alone. Lord knows this town can support one!

My friend and I come in almost DAILY, my drinks are always good and my service is always good as well, today I came in 1/8/21. About 8:44 am I’d can’t remember who made my drink but I decided to try the pistachio iced latte, whoever made it I just want you to know that was hands down the BEST drink I have ever gotten you did a great job I could cry because it was so good! Haha so thank you! I absolutely love coming there and now I have found my new favorite drink for now

Didnt go there and dont plan on going to any Starbucks. Sorry. When a Starbucks takes the place of a needed pharmacy you are rock bottom to me. Im sure all Starbucks are wonderful but not to me and my neighbors.

Best experience at a Starbucks🌟 yet! The staff were just regular people who were super friendly and provided kick-butt service! From ordering to the final product, they went above and beyond. Employees are great but nothing is consistent. I get that its not going to be the same 100% o. the time, but most of the time it doesnt even taste like Im drinking the same drinks I ordered. Too expensive to be doing that.

Very happy with my experience! I wanted something that wasnt on their menu, but they offered to make it anyway if I gave the recipe. It was made very accurately and tasted delicious! Didnt take long, either. Id definitely come back here.

Went here with a gift card. I got a Skinny Peppermint Mocha, I believe it was, and my mom got a Vanilla Frappachino. Wouldnt buy again. There was far too less sugar for my taste. I recommend getting either extra sugar or a sandwich if you go! 😜

Such a convenient coffee shop. I can sip on a Carmel Macchiato while grocery shopping at Ingles! I enjoy coming here, and I have not been disappointed yet.

I am very happy to have a Starbucks in our area, theres a few things I would hope they improved. There always seems to be a very long wait and the line is extremely long. Knowing this we usually make enough time in the morning. This morning they may not have checked their inventory or prepared for this morning because my daughter waited a long time only to be told they did not have muffin sandwiches and she had to wait to be refunded. The lady took her time and made her late to school. We usually dont have problems except for a long wait that we make time for, but today was terrible.

Although the drink is a bit more than I like to pay, Starbucks green tea latte is consistently great, hot or cold. Takes me back to Japan every time I drink it. Cant get any place cheaper to equal the flavor. Ive tried several.

I like it. Overall it’s a good place to get a decent cup of coffee or even some cappuccino. Just don’t expect a complete Starbucks experience and you won’t be disappointed.

I love the coffee but every single time i go here and i order some food they cant ever heat it up for me, they always say the oven is off which if im going to be paying $17.00 for 2 coffees and 2 danishes, i want my things done right.

I wouldnt even give them one star!! Drove 18 minutes off of interstate to have none of the order made right. Plus the female working was VERY attitudinal, wasnt even paying attention to order and was very busy talking to someone instead of doing her business.

Ive enjoyed many coffees from here. Almost all are tasty, but consistency is just slightly off.

Got my order wrong after repeating it 3 times, what I get for coming to a fake Starbucks. The girl who made my drink (blonde hair and freckles) lied when I ask if my tea was made with water or lemonade..not knowing I had been watching her make my tea...lol won’t be coming back nor do I recommend stopping at this place. To top it all off it took about 15 minutes to get my wrongfully made tea.

Quick service and the only coffee I can find in Morristown.

The reason to pay $5 for a cup of coffee (for me, because I am quite thrify) is because of the atmosphere and the opportunity to get together with friends. This Starbucks is severely lacking in atmosphere (definitely no European cafe vibe). I met friends, and we sat in the deli area, which is basically just a place with tables and chairs and no special look or feel. There is a small area right next to the cash register that looks a little better, but its very open to passersby and grocery store shoppers, as this Starbucks is inside an Ingles. For this reason, there is also no drive thru. I would not have gone here if I werent meeting friends. The latte that I had was good.

I didn’t really realize the Starbucks was in a grocery store. The coffee wasn’t really great and I’m not sure why. I ordered a peppermint mocha and it tasted like black coffee with a hint of peppermint. I don’t know if it was just a bad day, but my experience wasn’t great.

Love the girls at the starbucks at the local ingles in morristown tn. They are so friendly always have a smiling face good way to start your morning. Only problem is I guess since they are a kiosk in Ingles they dont have all the foods that the stand alone stores do and i can use my rewards there

Theyre usually pretty fast. Half of my drink is usually foam when it shouldnt be, though.
