Usually it is a good experience. Today was a different story. After I conducted my business here, I was in the process of reviewing this establishment when an employee didnt like it very well. Dont believe I will be doing any more business here.

This location is clean and well stocked. The prices are high on alot of things but they have some things you cant get anywhere else in town. I dont go here often because it is not on my side if town. The employees I interacted with were friendly.

Printing service is completely terrible. The employees could care less what your print looks like or how much you spent. They send anything out the door. Last time my black & white copies were streaked and they said they couldnt do anything about it. I had color copies printed on cardstock and they were printed on regular paper. This time I had learning resources printed in color on cardstock. Some are cardstock some are not. The colors are like tie dye rather than one color. Again this is a learning resource its important the colors are accurate not multicolored. The employee on the phone said oooook sooooo. The 1800 number doesnt even work so who are you supposed to file a complaint with?? Definitely would not use them for printing and the customer service is worse than the printing you pay for.

Printing quality was fantastic. They have office stuff, which is pretty good given their name.

This is the store for anyone who obviously needs office supplies, but its also a treasure trove for ppl wanting art supplies or party plans, be sure and check it out

As a previous retail worker. I know all to well what it is at closing time. its lock the doors and get the final customers out so we can close the tills... not here tho. we showed up a few minutes after closing time due to a long dinner and the doors were locked. but customers were on the way out. the manager not only opened the door for the customers. but left it open for us to come in. I cant express how much that says to me about service and customers being priority. To the manager who did there job great. thank you. sorry i cant personally acknowledge you

For the past 8 months I’ve gone 3 times and for some reason their female employees have been rude every time. I purchased a laptop for my son and the male employee was very polite. He had 2 other costumers and he seemed to be fixing a laptop too. I only go if I really have to. Today I went and none of them wanted to help me send a fax or make copies. They were 5 of them standing at the counter gossiping.

SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.During the COVID pandemic, our company needed assistance getting a proposal delivered from across the country. Their manager Brandon McDonald along with another member of their team (Haley) printed, compiled, & sealed my proposal. However, since FEDEX was delayed on their deliveries, their staff went an extra mile to hand deliver our proposal.I cannot stress enough how much this means to our company. While we are not local to Morristown, TN. My hope is someone reading this will support the business as their customer service is truly unique.

OfficeMax is a great store in town for office supplies and business materials. Their products and prices are great. I would say their service could be a little better for business printing but no complaints if you need help finding something.

Dealt with the General Manager here not to long ago, great guy very helpful, the female I dealt with was however the complete opposite. Great place for all your needs.

I like the self service print, scan, etc from my phone. It is just a bit slower than Staples but at $.12 a b/w sided copy, Ill definitely go back. Also noticed on my way out that they have a self serve fax. I didnt look to see the prices for that.

Super nice and waaaaaay better than Walmart in Morristown. I decided to order my art commission prints here and they were done earlier than expected, no wait line, and they complimented my art work. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Excellent customer care. Walmart has messed up and even never received my online order (even though I have the conformation email) 3 times in the past 3 months. I’m going with office max for my prints 👍🏻

The folks here are very friendly and helpful. Lots of good sales around Christmas too.

Some things are on sale and worth getting, but online is still cheaper. However their photo lab and printing capabilities are worth going for.

I would not buy a pencil from this place. They do not stand behind sales paper or company policies. We ordered online it was no better. If anybody needs customer service its this place. Three deliveries and still dont have the right thing. We have three boxes they wont pick up and not all the pieces we need for a desk. If anyone from Office Depot reads this please make changes or you wont be in business for long like this.

So, I went to this location and had quite a lot of issues in regards to a return on a gaming laptop. The stores dont carry enough cash to refund bigger expenditure items and they refund by mail via check. It was going to take over 2 months to process my refund and it was the primary negative experience I had, as it was almost 1.5k worth of funds that was in limbo.However, the stores management staff contacted corporate and did assist in expediting my refund. It took almost a month, but the store corrected things by giving me an in-store credit for the delay and to compensate the issues that had been present, as it was corporate that processed those types of refunds and was mostly out of their control. The store couldnt help much due to policies, but went far and beyond to help and to make things right.Pros:The store does try to meet expectations.The store does have a wide variety of items.Cons:Bigger purchases cant be returned for cash, if it was originally paid for by cash, due to the store carrying limited cash reserves. (Only issue)

I used this location to fax to single page to Knoxville. It was almost $4! I left feeling raped. Honestly, its experiences like this that remind me of the fact, and make me glad of the fact, that stores like this are slowly descending into the downward spiral of bankruptcy and eventual closing. They are no longer pertinent in this day and age, yet they are so desperatly clinging onto the success they once had, even at the expense (literally) of their customers.

Clerk was very helpful in suggesting the correct video copying cds for my purchase.

I would not recommend Office Max/Depot in Morristown TN. I wish we had better options for office supplies - I do not like shopping for items at Walmart!

Very expensive but can find what u need but best hv the money to pay top $ for yr purchase. Staff is very rude and not helpful at all, they dont uphold their warranties, and if u bring something bk best hv yr receipt and warranty bc god forbid they look up yr warranty

You might reconsider who you let answer the phones. I called the copy center tonight and the young man said he had no idea if I could get labels printed tomorrow and if they had to type one word on the template they would charge an extra $20. He said I would have to call back tomorrow to talk to the print manager. No thanks!

The worst customer service I have ever had in Morristown. I wish we had a better place to go for our office needs!
