I came in on a Sunday morning. The store got quite busy. Vicky was the only one there and she was absolutely fantastic! Not only did she take the time to help me find the perfect foundation but she managed to help all the other customers as well. Vicky is so nice and helpful... this girl deserves a raise!
First of all, parking at the Morristown location is a hassle. The location in Denville is so much easier. The store is just ok in Morristown. The sales people are in no way as friendly, helpful and professional as the Denville location. Morristown location carries Jo Malone which the location in Denville does not, so I have gone to Morristown for that.The sales staff in Morristown arent bad, but they arent as accommodating, and dont seem to be very happy there. The difference in a positive experience is night and day. Also, Denville gives you free makeup bags w/all kinds of awesome samples, I think Morristown is supposed to, but I havent experienced that, maybe because I dont shop there very often.I will continue to order from the Denville location, the sales staff are so nice, I love the customer service there, they do an amazing job.
Could not have been less helpful. Beautiful store, but we were not made to feel welcome or wanted. Isnt the idea of shopping in stores like this supposed to make you feel good about the experience?
I went in to the store after having a reaction to micro needling. My face was torn apart and I looked terrible. I wish I remembered her name but this nice woman pointed me to a corrective product that took my face from scary to healed in 48 hours. Forever grateful
The way the employees and manager talk to paying customers is quite rude. Customer service should be their number 1 priority. Perhaps if it was, this location wouldn’t be rated 2.8 stars. Do not recommend.

I found the staff very helpful and willing to take time to help you find what works for you. They are dog friendly so you can look for your new lipstick shade whilst on a walk with Fido. The store has a great selection of goods and you can beat the convenience of Morristown!
The first time I went, the manager, Angela, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I spent $275 and I am very happy with everything. A few days later, I had a question about a product and I stopped in to ask. The employee barely looked at me and seemed very snotty or standoffish as other reviews have mentioned. If it were my first visit I would not have bought anything. A little training on social interactions with customers would go a long way. I suggest calling to see when Angela is working as she is very nice and very helpful and the products are super high quality.
The staff was very snooty and not the least bit helpful. I felt like I was bothering them by asking a simple question. I would drive all the way to the summit location just for better customer service.
The uptight staff made me very uncomfortable. I am a frequent shopper at the Englewood, NJ Bluemercury store and have never, ever experienced the judgemental, negative energy I felt the second I stepped foot into the Morristown location. This one star rating is too kind. Thank you.
