The staff is very helpful and informative. I love the variety of brands to choose from. They have products from skincare to hair color. The prices are always the best, and they have lots of promotions.

My daughters and I go to Lacey to have our hair styled, cut and colored. She does an awesome job. She takes her time and listens to us. I highly recommend her.

I just got my eyebrows done this past Saturday at the brow bar here and Christina is AMAZING! I’ve never had anyone ask specific questions about how I wanted my eyebrows brows like she did. She takes her time while appreciating your time and she does a fantastic job. I’ve never been happier with my eyebrows! I will be back! And I referred my sister!

So I love Ulta, I can find amazing products here and what not. However, the workers at this specific Ulta kept casually needing to go wherever I was and asking way more than needed if I needed help. I mean I know I was dressed comfortably with jeans and a sweatshirt, but that doesn’t mean I am a shoplifter. I was very uncomfortable to the point I had to get out of there! I know it’s there job for everything to go smoothly and all but I hate that they profile people by their race and clothing.

Only had a few minutes to grab what I needed as the husband and I had an important meeting. Usually you cant count on a business getting you out of the store on time. This was definitely not the case. The staff was focused solely on customers and was attending to our needs and keeping the store checkout flowing smoothly

Husband and I went to go look around at their nail polishes on one of our very few days off together, so of course we were dressed comfortably, sweats and t shirts. Im not sure if it was how we were dressed but we were bothered about every minute or so to a point where we were saying no thank you were fine, more than we even had a chance to talk to each other about the products we were trying to look at. We both work in customer service and we get having to acknowledge everyone but they made us feel like they thought we were shop lifters. We were followed around and bothered to the point where we didnt even buy anything.

I was very excited to visit Ulta in morristown because I had never been there before!At the end of my shopping while I was paying for everything a woman approached me and asked me what I did with the things I didnt buy.Im a picky person and very indecisive so I have a hard time deciding on what I want out of everything I pick. Im bad about setting stuff down in random spots (I know, lazy)Anyway, this women continued to look into my pocket book as if I where hiding something, and eyeing my whole body up and down. And then proceeded to ask me to walk her around the store and show her where I set everything down at. Now Im not sure what she was insinuating, or getting at, but I found it extremely rude and unprofessional. And although I know my oneself not shopping there wont make a world of difference for them, but needless to say, I will not be returning. Im a respectable woman and do not deserve to be accused of stealing or whatever it was she was insinuating. It was extremely rude, embarrassing, and uncomfortable, and I did not appreciate it.I hope you have a very unpleasant evening, maam

Love this place! The folks their are typically very helpful. I do wish they did makeup tutorials for girls/teenagers more. It’s done by appointment only. In my day you could go into any department store and the lady in the makeup department would show you how to do your makeup. (No appointment needed) Generally it would end in a large sale for her, some new makeup for the customer and everyone was happy. Not so easy these days. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Other than that, great place with a great selection.

Love all the products at Ulta.. I could do without the constant questions of if I need help, I get customer service, I work in retail as well, but asking every 30 seconds because they are 10 minutes from closing, that is unprofessional and very annoying! I like to browse too, and was helping a friend with some products, as she has never got to experience Ulta before. But thanks to the 3 different workers that just kept on and on, we put our stuff down and walked out the door. Add, that I was just in there yesterday and dropped all kinds of money like always. Dont make your customers feel pushed out the door and yes, we had been in there for about 45 minutes, so no it wasnt a last minute walk in.

Got my eyebrows professionally done by a young lady who not only took her time to make the perfect she made me laugh and brought happiness into my day. The staff are helpful as they can be. Some items are priced to high for the average person but a person can dream to own them.

Terrible. I purchased a curling iron and it did not work for me. I returned the item with the receipt. I used a gift card and paid the remaining amount with my debit card on the day of the purchase. When returning the item I informed the cashier that I no longer had the gift card and would prefer it be returned to debit card. She said it would automatically default to the debit card. I checked my original receipt and my return receipt and it was not returned to my debit card. It was refunded to the gift card I had thrown away. I immediately told the cashier and she called a manager up front. The manager said she would have to call the help desk. She discussed the issue with the lady on the line and the lady spoke to me also. I was informed that they could nothing to void the gift card and return my money at the money. They would have to send the issue to another department. I was told that may take 7-10 and once they void the transaction then they would contact me and send a check in the mail. I was told it could take 3-4 to have my money returned. All I was told was...oh sorry we can’t do anything else. Later that day I called the main office for Ulta. The guy told me that this was there policy and I’d just have to wait for my money. I have one less styling tool and they still have my money for the purchase. They made the mistake and still act as if it is no big deal. I will never purchase anything from this Ulta or any Ulta. Poor customer service!!!

When entering the store the cashiers were just standing there no welcoming. I was looking for a specific product never once was I asked can I help you find anything. I gave it a three because it is always clean and well stocked. Normally the customer service is better too. Even though I found the product I was looking for I did not purchase.

Whoop whoop love this store and employees are knowledgeable. So ladies when you bleach your own hair as I did go there and they can recommend products to try and repair the damage we did.. or we can go to their salon and let a professional do it!! Lol

Our Ulta is a clean, well organized store that has helpful and attentive staff. Great place to shop for makeup, hair, beauty and skin care needs. Well worth a visit and you are sure to find something you like!

All the products are amazing. I love going here. The workers are extremely nice. They have makeup of course, things for nails and hair, self care, face masks, bathbombs, lotion, and basically anything for beauty.

I have been trying to get my eyebrows done here for three weeks now. I used to get them done here all the time and they did a great job. However, I have to work late so my appointments were always at 6:30 pm. Now they keep telling me they can’t make appointments past 5:15 pm. I have also had two appointments been canceled in the past two weeks. One was on a Saturday and one was today (Monday), I received a call from Ulta on both days telling me my appointment had been canceled due to no one being there to do my eyebrows. This is absolutely ridiculous!

We went in to get our hair simply cut, me and my daughter and walked out with an experience... an amazing experience!!! Jeremy did an awesome job on our hair but he was great at making us feel special! Thanks Jeremy... We will be back!!!

Went in to get my hair colored. The lady said she could do it. I said please dont turn my hair red, orange or yellow. She said she could do it correctly. Turned out orange and fried my hair where the blonde is supposed to be. Contacted corporate but no response. Spent a fortune to ruin my hair. Had to color my hair myself because it was really orange.

After having my hair screwed up in the salon at the beginning of last year, I vowed to never step foot into the store. Well, I was looking to buy Bare Minerals makeup and figured its a simple process: go in, grab what I need, pay, and get out. It was my luck when I saw a promotion of free veil makeup with a $40 purchase. Perfect! The experience was going well until I went to check out. After spending nearly $60, I asked about the free gift. She replied with, yeah, we sold out of that. *shrugs* Sorry.YOUR PEOPLE SUCK, ULTA! Ill stick to online purchases.

We walked in without a mask, bought something. 30 minutes later went back to return the item because we bought the wrong one. They said no because we dont have a mask.

The store is immaculate! The service is fantastic, the people are extremely nice and helpful. As with all Ultas, they have a full service salon. I refuse to shop at other Ultas in the area because none of them compare to this one.

For all your makeup needs go here! The store is beautiful and if you love makeup this is definitely the place for you. They also carry perfume, skin care lines, and perfume. Also if you need a wax or your hair done they have it all!!!

My husband went in to buy me the clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel and was told that the lotion was the same thing. They are not the same, one is for oily skin and one is for dry/very dry skin. I understand a product may not be available, it is not the end of the world.Problem:Giving wrong information could end up with a person using the wrong product and then having unwanted results. This not only affects how a customer feels about a product/brand/company, but also causes them to lose trust in the retailer selling it.

This was my worst experience and I was a client at Ulta in California for ten years. This service took 5 hours for highlights, color and cut, at most it takes 3 hours. In the year Ive been in TN, there have been 3 stylists apparently they cant find and keep good perfessional staff. Theyre covered in tattoos and piercings, just not very pleasing.
