Good place to buy furniture. Good prices on home goods. They have everything you need to supply a home. Groceries are good prices. This is a favorite store of my family.

Great service. Quick and easy furniture purchase. Be sure to ask for assistance as they are not sales people like in a store that solely sells furniture.

There is not enough room to push a shopping cart through several places in the store - a huge inconvenience. The placement of the items in the store didnt appear to make any sense! I regularly shop at 2 other Big Lots locations & the organization of the other 2 stores is so much better. I love to shop at Big Lots, but not this location.

Great grocery and cleaning supplies sections. I do most of my shopping here and Ingles. Never had a problem with customer service, but I mostly stick with groceries and seasonal items.

Bought a mattress for my grand daughter. It didnt ring up on sale. They were very courteous and quickly made the price adjustment.

Always expect a great deal. Everytime I come here I wonder why I dont visit more often.Always find something else that I needed, but didnt know they sold it.One thing I can say to improve is to advertise or display products more clearly. Also, make aisles more accessible.

Terrible service, waited 20 minutes after asking for a cashier multiple times for help in the furniture department.When someone finally came out they ignored me and then rudely dismissed me when I asked for assistance.Luckily I don’t have to come here often.

Very good deal on a mattress

Great place to get in and out of quick. Gave me no hassle about not wearing a mask. I get home and pet supplies, home decor, and even furniture (and I dont have to fight through walmart.) Great prices and they are always nice and helpful here.

Was looking for belts for my carpet cleaner funny thing is I bought it there and you may think that should be an item that should be sold with all the vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaners they sell

We bought furniture! We never buy furniture! Staff was so helpful and prices so good.

The employee in there argued with about the price of the box springs, we were in there to purchase. Online it stated 2 for $ 105.00. He said no your wrong its $105.00 each.He said hes worked there 20 years and has never seen this. He finally rang them up and guess what he was WRONG! Long story short,if hes been there 20 years,youd think he had better customer skills. And not talk about customers to other employees. And watch his facial expressions.

Cant look for what you need cause employees wont offer to get out of your way if their stocking something and never offer help you. Rudest employees Ive ever seen.

Big Lots is always a good place to pick up a sale but its Christmas there ALREADY!! when you walk through the door its all Christmas trees and wrapping paper. People its 90* outside wait a little longer. Dont get me wrong I love that time of the year but when its after Halloween not when Im hunting sunscreen!!!

Overall, a nice store with lots of bargains.I was actually quite surprised, they have an extensive selection of furniture at very reasonable prices. I picked up a few high quality home decor items very cheaply.

I’ve always been a fan of big lots but I’ve never been to a store where they ask you leave when they’re about to close. I planned on checking out & being gone before closing time. Extremely rude. Won’t be back.

I Like Big Lots for their garden department because they have a lot of different statues and things you can place in your garden or on your porch make your area look nice and at decent prices they just recently redone their store and it looks great looks like cleaner staff is still friendly they always have been and I love how much I earn rewards for the little bit I do Buy

Delivery w 53 dry van. Circle around building via Ingles. Sissor dock is slanted where cab has to be off pavement. Staff friendly and helpful.
