Don’t ever do business with these people. All they wanted was your money and stop responding to your messages. They come off at you nice and once they get hold of your money, they uses a bunch of excuses and stop responding to your text or phone call. This company is a SCAM!!

Also please do know they are the 3rd party supplier on a lot of merch for musical artists such as on Chronixx music merch site. Shop.chronixx.com so don’t do it. PLEASE LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWERS I WISH I DID.Will see if owner Scotty gets back to me about order they supposedly sent out. But when I asked for tracking number he somehow was driving to the shop for over 6 hours. Still havent received tracking info / communication / transparency. Anything. Will be contacting Amex about these fraudsters. As well as BBB.

For weeks now no answer to phone calls, emails, text messages. Friendly and quick in the beginning - no reaction now. Are they still there?

Ordered a tshirt alomst 2 months now and havent gotten a responce

Normally I wouldnt go out of my way to write something negative about a business, but in the instance of Catalyst I feel it necessary. The convenience of working with a local vendor rather than a larger corporation was completely trumped by the blatant disrespect shown to me by the store owners. The company cannot complete a custom print job without receiving up-front payment, and furthermore when dissatisfied with the final output, I attempted to approach them civilly about it and ended up being berated and disrespected to my face. The issue wasnt black and white, but you would think that a company would have any sort of regard for customer service and satisfaction. From (regrettably) working with them on previous projects, as well as communicating with other people who have and previous employees, I can say with absolute certainty that any alternative company would be a much better solution. The amount of resistance and attitude I was given over a small trivial order makes me fear for people who are foolish enough to embark on a large-scale project with them.Ask anyone who has ever worked with them or for them how they feel about their experience and you will be hard-pressed to find anyone with a kind word to say.Having professional gear does not make you a professional, and it doesnt excuse degenerate business practice.The company has the mantra Nothing is Impossible, but I guess that customer satisfaction is the exception.

I ordered a shirt over a month ago and I haven’t received it not have I gotten any type of update. I called, didn’t get an answer so I sent an email and I am yet to receive a reply. It’s my first time ordering with the company so it might just be my bad luck.
