Lane sales is a really great place to do business, I especially like to deal with Mark in the parts department. However I am really disappointed that you chose to close down the store in Dandridge, Tn. It really was a great benefit to all your Dandridge AREA customers. I understand the covid situation, caint find help, retirement, caint get product, I realize it is hard to do business with everything against you like that but Im begging you to try hard someway or another to keep it open. Thank you for hearing me out.

Bought Toro mower 3 yrs ago, have had to have 4 transmissions and brake box put in, for 4000 dollars you would expect a better product.TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Will not buy another product from this company

This is my first time here. They were the nicest group of guys. Great customer service and answered an older woman’s questions where I actually understood how to do a couple things. I left there with parts I couldn’t get anywhere else, all questions answered and a visit with their company cat. I will definitely be a full time customer even though it’s a longer drive. Had some issues with the safeties not being installed correctly and the mechanics at Lane’s took care of it. They are also having it looked at elsewhere to make sure.Had disagreements with the salesman but got it worked out in the end it seemed like.I do like the Scag

The service at this location is outstanding. I live in Nashville TN and have a Cub Cadet that was having issues. It was at a shop in Nashville last year 3 times for a total of about 6 weeks. Each time I picked it up it was worse. I have family that has bought mowers from Lane and had others serviced there. They live in Big Stone Gap VA and have weekend places on Douglas Lake. They take their mowers from BSG to Morristown to get them serviced. I was traveling to BSG last week and decided to bring my mower to Lanes to see if they could fix it. I had already spent 500 dollars on it in Nashville and it was not working. Lanes fixed the mower in just a couple days for under 200 bucks. I am back home in Nashville and just mowed with it this afternoon. It runs like a new one. I would recommend Lanes to anyone. They are easy to do business with and I definitely will buy from them next time I am in the market for a new one!!!! Great service gentlemen!!!!

I used to have very good service with Lanes. But I dont know what happened this year (2017). This spring I had to make several calls to remind them to pick up my mower. Told them to change oil, plugs, fuel filter, new blades, new deck wheels, new tires, new throttle cable, new deck belt, and new drive belt. My mower is a Cub Cadet and this would of been my 4th season using it. They called me and said all drive belts was in great shape, dont need tires, no need for deck wheels but I needed valve cover gaskets because it was leaking oil. I had mower for 3 years without needing a drop of oil. They bring lawnmower back and after 3 rd or 4 th cut i have a major oil leak. Yes the valve cover leaking like hell. Checked oil and it was a half quart low. Called and they came and got mower and made good on fixing leak. They brought it back and before i mowed, I checked oil. Yes, still a half court low. So about 2months later, last week to be exact. My drive belt broke on Monday. Yes the great belt that was good. Called them immediately to come pick it up for repair. Now Thursday, no call or no pickup. Call them again. Service guy says they will be yhere to pick it up Thursday evening or Friday morning. Here it is a week later and still havent heard from Lanes Sales. But my mower has been fixed by another professional who carrs about his clients. Shame on Lanes Sales. Never again will i do business with them.

Friday 25th 2016LANES SALESTHE WHOLE STUFF (were racist)Show signs of being RACIST against me and my son (JUST BEACUSE WE ARE HISPANIC) no one came to ask if we need anything even though all the employees were there and they knew I was there.Three other white persons came after we come in and they were serve really friendly and they show them around and they answer any questions they have. We went outside to look up some mowers about three employees were outside, no one said a word to me or ask me if I need any help even though they saw me around checking mowers I even sat on mowers they look at me they walk right by me and didnt say said word.Im really disappointed because I took the time to go out there to see if we could make any business with a good possibility of buying a zero turn mower, but when I notice they werent going to help me because of my looks I just left..Really sad to see that the whole stuff act it that way.AM LEGAL CITEZEN AND MY SON IS U. S. A. CITIZEN.I make the same type of money $$...
