I recently had an online order that was partially canceled because they didn’t have the fitting I need but the online inventory said they had 11. This is the first time this has happened, but can see it happening again in the future as alit of the inventory numbers are off.

I had such a great experience at Aubuchon in Morrisville! Dante, the sales associate, was very helpful, knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with!

I have a quality control comment. My wife picked up our online order, which included a 50 pound bag of rock salt. A store worker was kind to put the bag of rock salt in our car. However my wife did not realize that the rock salt had solidified. When I took the bag out of the car at our house, it took quite a while to pound the rock hard salt into a more spreadable form. The store could be more aware of the other end of the customer experience.

Both orders were ready on time. Staff processed pickup quickly. Even with 1 less safety cone than ordering, still great online to pick up order experience

This is my favorite hardware store. The associates working there are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I found that the prices are pretty competitive with the big box hardware stores and I can generally find whatever I am looking for.

The best. Always a easy place to shop. They have everything I need and the service is out of this world!! Do I need to say more.

What a joke! You have unqualified people. I ordered canning jars online my order was canceled but Ive still been charged for the canning jars. I called aubuchons and spoke to the manager and he pretty much told me that I didnt order them and I wasnt charged and Im looking right at my bank statement with the charge from Aubuchon. I was told to go online and make a complaint to customer service like thats going to do any good.

Aubuchon is my go to hardware store and more. I have almost always recieved the best service from the knowledgable staff accept for today. Today I recieved a snarky rebuke from an employee in the art aisle for fanning through a notebook of paper. I dont believe that I damaged the paper in any way, but she was obviously not happy with me.

I love this store. They have everything you would want a hardware store to have - except for lumber and major construction supplies. They have a good lawn and garden section, an excellent art supply section, a good selection of paint, and helpful staff.The best part is that they are open later than any other hardware store. Often I need supplies later in the evening after coming home from work, and nearly every hardware store in the region closes at 5pm. These guys stay open a couple of hours longer, making them much more available, and making me much more loyal as a customer!

The folks at Aubuchon are like a family. Always warm and inviting they make you feel right at home. Excellent customer service and the giant dogs just add to the homey feel. I cant say enough about the store. Its the first place I go for paint, crafts or home maintenance supplies. A+++

My first ‘go to’ store for hardware, paint or garden supplies. The Morrisville store employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. Allowing me to purchase wood pellets by the ton and pick them up as needed is a great service. Add a great location and you’ve got a winning combination. Five stars plus!!
