If you have a luggage repair issue do not hesitate to contact the friendly and competent people at Square Luggage. I had a Tumi wheeled roll-aboard that the airline ripped off the top handle. Tumi happily took a service charge and then refused to repair the item and offered a minimal discount toward a new bag (very disappointing - buyer beware!). The folks at Square Luggage repaired the bag quickly and at a reasonable price. Well done!Did you know they also have a wide assortment of quality luggage at good prices? Sent in a Samsonite Suitcase for service. Shipped it on Thursday, April 22 by UPS and had it back the following Tuesday, April 27! Repair was done by Square Luggage quickly and efficiently. Great service! Great warranty work for a Samsonite product.

This store does a great job. I travel as many as 50 weeks each year, and Ive been sending my Rimowa luggage to them for more than a decade. They have fixed the cases when the latches and locks break, restored them, realigned them, replaced zippers, and arranged for warranty replacements from Rimowa. Theyve also fixed other brands for me. Always fast, courteous, reasonably priced, and offering good advice. I literally beat my luggage to death, and there have been a few times that theyve told me I should just give up and let it go! But most of the time, they manage to get it fixed, and as a result, I have gotten great life and service out of my cases. I cannot recommend them more strongly. They have been a great asset to me and are the best. The work is always perfect and they are really nice!

I had a great experience using Square Luggage to repair my Rimowa Topas aluminum luggage. My bag was in rough shape when it went in but when I picked it up it looked amazing! As you can see in the before and after photos, great care was taken when repairing my bag. Even some of the dents were pushed out! The price was very fair for the work that was done (wheel assembly repair, two new locks, frame misalignment) and I am very impressed with the work and attention to detail. Albert has been so helpful and upfront about everything relating to the repairs. I highly recommend going here to get your Rimowa or any other luggage repaired!

I am extremely impressed with both Eagle Creek and Square Luggage. I have had an Eagle Creek backpacking set for probably twenty years now - a large backpacking backpack with a small pack that can detach from it for day trips and shorter excursions. I only trot out the larger pack when I am actually doing some longer term travel, but the daypack gets regular use even when I am at home. A couple of weeks back, I was dismayed to discover a large hole had developed at one of the seams. I rang Eagle Creek to find out if there were any repair options - they said there were and, to my surprise, they also told me that repair of the hole was likely still covered by warranty - all I had to do was pay for shipping for it to be sent in to my closest authorized repair location. That location turned out to be Square Luggage. I sent in my pack about a week ago and, again, to my surprise, have just now received it back with the seam securely sewn shut again. All in all I am extremely impressed - both by Eagle Creeks warranty and customer care, and by Square Luggages prompt and thorough attention to my pack. I thought I might have to purchase a new daypack but no, this one will live to fight (hopefully!) many more days! Thank you Eagle Creek and Square Luggage!

I just had an incredibly positive experience with Square Luggage so I felt compelled to share. I purchased two pieces of Hartmann rolling luggage from Bloomingdales years ago. Although my luggage is no longer under warranty, the Bloomingdales luggage department representative did provide me with the contact information for Square Luggage. As I live in VA I was not able to drop off the two pieces for wheel repairs and the cost of shipping the two rather large pieces would have been exorbitant. I spoke with Al and he recommended that I remove the four wheel assemblies myself and ship them to NJ for repair. Al provided easy to follow instructions on how to remove the wheel assemblies, basically three screws in each assembly. After shipping the four assemblies to Al for repair they were returned to me within just a few days good as new. Great service! Great communication! Great value! Highly recommended.- Scott

Had a great experience having handles replaced on a Brics tote bag. Sent the bag to Square &communicated via email. Service was extremely prompt & efficient. The new handles are better than the originals & they were able to accommodate my request to make them a bit longer, enabling me to use it as a shoulder tote. Highly recommend!

The BEST of the BEST. I shipped a large Delsey suitcase to Square Luggage with a torn zipper. It was returned to me within a week: as good as new! The best part was they were able to contact Delsey and it was covered under warranty. Very thoughtful. I cant thank them enough!!!

High quality, honest, service. Had to get a repair for Rimowa-brand luggage that an airline damaged. Square did excellent repair work and voluntarily and thoughtfully provided two copies of an invoice so I could send one to the airline. I also brought a pair of shoes there for a quick repair, and that workmanship was excellent as well. Prices are very fair. We drove an hour each way for this repair since Square was the only place other than NYC in our area to repair the piece of Rimowa. I have to say that it was worth the trip as it is rare to find people who are honest and dont fleece their customers. Thank you for running such an ethical business. You will be our go-to for luggage and shoe repairs in the future.

Repairs here have generally always been done well. But on the last event, I made a point about getting back ALL old parts, as the suitcase in question is no longer manufactured. All changed out parts were thrown away however, including wheels which were perfectly okay, and the shop’s excuses were somewhat abrupt. No offer of a discount for this oversight was offered.

United Airlines had broken a wheel on my suitcase and sent it to be repaired by Square Luggage. I was not satisfied with the repair but the owner was able to ship me a new, almost identical luggage, even in the specific color I had. All in all, the customer was left happy because of the customer service provided by Square Luggage after an airline company failed to fix their mistakes. Thank you!

You know whats cool about supporting a small business, such as Square Luggage? You feel good that the owners use profits to donate to local charities. Hanging on the wall in the store are thank yous from organizations and scholarships funds in Morris/Essex County to which the owner has made contributions. You might pay a little more here for a piece of luggage than, say, Amazon, but at least you know that those few extra dollars are going to a good cause and making a difference in the community.And enough with the nasty comments about the $10 service fee. Nothing in life is free. Thats a bargain for repairing bags worth over $300.

Quick warranty repair and very friendly.

I brought my luggage for warranty service and although they gladly took the luggage, they failed to mention to me that they would charge an $10 administrative charge when I picked up the luggage. I understand they have the right to charge this fee but they should also point out the administrative fee before accepting any warranty service. The stores excuse was there was a sign that stated the administrative fee. This was little comfort after I was surprised. The good news was that the luggage company reimbursed me for the administrative fee. Going forward, I will not use this store for any type of warranty service.

I came in with my boyfriend to get his luggage fixed. The lady that greeted us was extremely rude. In order to get the luggage fixed it was a $10 fee which was no big deal until we didn’t have cash on us. So the lady said “I’m not charging $10.66 on the card machine. How do you like them apples”. If it wasn’t for us driving an hour to get there, we would’ve left. When the luggage was fixed, instead of handing it to us like a normal human being, she rolled the luggage from 10 feet away. Whoever runs this business needs to give her a lesson on how to talk properly with the customers and if she by some chance is the owner, it completely makes sense on why they are a failing business who can’t afford to swipe any amount of credit card transactions.

I brought my rimowa luggage to square luggage this past week and it was an absolute delight! I was given a rimowa for my birthday but it was gently used by a family member and some things we broken, such as, the outside zipper and one inner zipper. I had no idea it was still under warranty until they told me which resulted in all the work being free. The staff was fully knowledgeable in rimowas and have a HUGE selection of rimowa luggage. I will always have them work on my rimowas and may purchase my next one there! Seriously, if you need work on your rimowas and don’t want to send it out or go into the city, bring it to square luggage for SUPER FAST FIXES AND amazing customer service !
