The guys at Watchtower are real class and the location is amazing. It’s cozy and the guitars/amps they have there are some of the best you can get. Purchased an amp and some pedals there and the guys have always been great to deal with and even just chat with. They really love guitars and all aspects of it including amps and pedals. Some of the stuff they carry is incredibly rare. If you’re looking for a quality instrument, amp, or some really unique pedals this place can’t be missed.

Steve was quick to help me pick the right guitar and chose a few great pieces to do a video chat to let me hear the differences. Great to deal with and would buy again in a heart beat!

Watchtower Guitars is a best kept secret! This store is awesome. They are a well-stocked, low-key, enjoyable place to shop, and the staff are super knowledgeable and attentive. Plus, theyre located in an upscale area, unlike those corporate box stores in malls that carry lo-brow, entry to mid-level garbage with staff - who even if they did know something about the product - give customers the look of so...like...are you going to buy something? Its almost my break time.I was pleasantly surprised and look forward to shopping there again. If you go, remember, they need you to schedule an appointment. That may be because of the pandemic but, having a not too crowded store with ample space and staff to attend to customers is a great thing either way. Over the last two years I have spent a lot of time at Watchtower and picked up some amazing gear. Wasyl is tremendously patient, encouraging and enthusiastic. I recently purchased a 2020 Goldtop VOS from Watchtower guitars. They have awesome customer service and a great selection. I had been looking around for a while for a Goldtop but just didn’t like the quality around in other shops. The fretboards were very low quality. These guys know how to hand pick their guitars. They are very responsive and profesional. My guitar was shipped very fast and very well protected. I highly recommend them!
