The crew was very courteous & knowlegeable. All our questions were answered about the system. They went above & beyond for us. They did a very good job, were reasonably priced & I would recommend them.

If I could put negative stars I would, called them because air unit quit and he came out and messed around with the outside unit and walked 3/4 of the way to the attic section and went back outside and then came to door and said hed turned the main part off and would b back in the A.M.!!! Well its been a month and a half (47 days)!!! And still the next mornin has still not came!!! We called a few bunches of times and got run around and excuses!! The best ... He was working on sumthing for sumbody and they had no power but that an emergency over me sitting here wit a hubbie who could seize out from the heat!!! No power fixed or not whats sir gonna do...

Only reason I went here is because thats the only place they have a heater heating element for my oven. I used them once before to work on me and my brothers heat pump and it was the biggest joke Ive ever seen in my life.

My 69yr old mothers air conditioning went out on Monday, September 21st, 2015 and they were nice enough to come out and see what was wrong on the 22nd. They said the motor was dead and took it to be worked on. Jarnigan kept telling her that the motor was in Knoxville, ready to be put in, but they were WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO BRING IT TO THEM.Eleven days later they came back to put the fixed motor in and said it wouldnt work because it hadnt been programmed by the factory. In all of that time my senior mother had no air conditioning with weather in the 80s. Now the weather is getting colder and she doesnt have any heat.On October 6th, after mom calling them many times, they said that the motor is programmed and sitting there at their store. It is now October 12th and they still have not shown up.On the 8th of October, when she called again, they said they might be able to send someone out her way that day, however, no one showed up and no one called.Im calling the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Human Services today.Enough is enough.

I discredit the reviews above. I found the company to be very negligent. They charge $100 dollars for a service call that is nothing more than an attempt to force you to buy a new system. Anyone with HVAC knowledge can see thru the half truths and ommited facts the way we did. They were also very flaky about arrival and it took two days for them to show up. This company seems to target people that are elderly so buyer beware.

The guys came out to my home in morristown and fixed my twenty year old heat pump and thy were very nice and profeshinal and saved me a lot of money becouse with it being that old i thout it would have to be replaced and did not have to be becouse of sam jarnigan and his employes

If you Call stealing my daughters piggy bank with over $100 in it by the workers professional then by all means use them . They were confronted about the theft and a check was written from Jarnigan and delivered the next day onlyAfter they were told it better be returned or charges would be filed .

This company is the worst I have ever come across. They installed a used wore out heat pump said it was a brand new unit. It didnt last 5 years and they would not fix it said it was out of warranty. Do not hire Sam Jarnigan Electric even if the do free work, they company is crooked.
