Worst experience ever this company has most definitely lost the values that have made it great. I had a part there to be fabricated and in the entire for five months that it was in there not once did I ever get a call to be told that they were working on it on the contrary every time I called I was told that they were too backed up to fix my part. Which begs the question at what point does the next customer become the next customer in line. Shouldnt every customer get the same attention as the next no matter how much money theyre spending there... worst is the feeling Im left with knowing that they could have helped out a fellow neighbor that is a good member of the community along with everyone else. If there is any type of response that will be made towards this review from the company it will be something generic and corporate sounding. Instead of what Everyday People are really asking for which is a sincere apology. Shame on this company.....an ABSOLUTE SHAME!!!
