Arrived at 930am.. was told they dont start receiving lumber till 330pm. 5+ hrs of dead time. Lack of communication. Want to use brokers should let them know of the hrs to Relate to us drivers.

These people are awesome youre fast in and fast out. I wish all shippers and receivers were like these guys

They was quick to unload my truck only had ten totes of glue they needed. Parking lot in gate 3 you can stay in while waiting to get in.

They dont care about a drivers time. Not a soul here when I arrived two and half hours ago and still waiting. Places like this that dont care about a drivers time should not even be a business. If you have a load to come here I strongly suggest that you refuse it even if you have to sit a minute to find something else itll be worth it in the long run

I arrived, 30 minutes early, got to the receiving dock, a person with bolt cutters was coming out to meet me, he cut the seal, and I was instructed to back up to a dock, unloading started when I set my breaks. Unloading was really quick, I got my paperwork and was on my way. I couldnt have asked for any better! Excellent experience! 5 star service!!!

Drivers stay far away from this place, if you come here to unload just go ahead and cancel any other load you may have had, your time here is not their priority, if your on the dock getting unloaded and their trucks start pulling in to load/unload they leave you for hours to go take care of their own trucks,

They’re very busy all the time so it takes a while to get unloaded. Every person here is extremely friendly and helpful. Southern hospitality at its finest 👌🏻.

4 hours to unload 16 creates. Nice but slow

Very bad logistics department.I came here to drop load 2nd time and they kept me waiting for more than 5 hours again this time.They dont care about other vendors time, they simply try to get their own operations done smoothly without carring about other vendors who got stuff for them only.Please look into this matter and try to fast the process of unloading the trucks . Everybodys time is precious and nobody wants to sit in your yard for whole day and wait .Please take thus suggestion very seriously.Thanks

I unloaded here today. Its a fairly long unload time but the people are extremely friendly. They have a large lot on the side but they have a fence. I dont know if there is overnight parking but they have plenty of room to park during business hours.

They take care of their trucks coming at an interval of 20mi. You sit here for 3 to 4 hrs
