I couldn’t have had a better experience. Jay and the family treated me like family. Jay was able to answer all my questions because this was going to be a new experience for me. My wife has Alzheimer’s and they gave her a comfortable chair to sit in while I was going through the process. I could have not asked for better people to help me understand what I needed.No high pressure sales and very knowledgeable of the products. Thanks again for your help and kindness.

Have mobility issues climbing stairs, needed to purchase a stairlift,starlit, out a few companies, purchased through Mobility plus, great service, Brad came out and installed it in about 3 hours, motorized chair was faulty, contacted the owner Jay and they got a replacement within a week and I have not had any more issues. Having my bath tub converted into a shower,will keep you posted when done.

The only medical supply mobility store in this entire area that had the equipment that I was looking for. I reached out to every other in home health and medical supply stores from here to Knoxville and no one could help me except for these guys. Extremely nice very easy to work with a super professional attitude and compassion towards customer needs. I felt like I was part of their family they did not treat me like a patient or another number very highly recommended a nice new change for this area! Way better than McFarland medical or any type of medical supply in this whole region. Do yourself a favor save yourself some time and call these guys 1st you wont regret it.

I received this fabulous lift chair, as a surprise gift, about two weeks ago. I am 86 years old and have arthritic knees along with minor back problems. I have been using a recliner for several years but in no way does it compare with the comfort of this chair.. the chair electronically adjusts, with the push of a button from rising to a lift position to a complete bed position. It is completely adjustable at all levels of sitting or reclining with the press of the button. With these adjustments there is no stress on any of my joints, which is a true blessing.Although I dont need this at this time, if someone owning this chair needs home health care, this chair is easily accessible for the provider to give care needed to the patient. I also believe the ease of the chair getting into the lift position it would be easy to make a transfer to a wheelchair.I want to add this to my review that I think is a plus for either owing or renting this chair. I have recently needed to visit with my brother and also a very good friend who are in Hospice. A hospital bed has been provided for their comfort. I believe if they were resting in this chair they could be medically cared for and would have better quality of life for their last few days in this comfortable chair that can be reclined into a comfortable bed. It would be comforting to a relative or friend visiting to visit with the hospice patient, if they chose to talk, to be comfortable in a chair, than lying in a bed. Just my thoughts.At any rate, this surprise gift from my daughter and her husband has surprised me at how much more comfortable this chair is than my old reliable recliner. If they had asked first if I wanted this chair, I would have declined, saying, I dont need that. My chair works just fine., Now there is no way I will give them this chair back.

Mobility Plus has more equipment than you can imagine: Nova bathroom gear, walkers and scooters, power chairs, and lift chairs!!I left feeling like family!
