RT Brittany has been super friendly and informative. She took time to explain everything to me and is very responsive to my questions.

This company is heartless, and I would not do business with them again. American Oxygen/Rotech provided us with a hospital bed and a Trilogy Bipap machine when my dad got out of the hospital. The bed they brought was a piece of junk and was too short for my father who is 5 foot 9, and we never did get the issues with it resolved. The day my father was admitted into hospice, I called them to let them know that they could come get all of their equipment as hospice had their own company for all of dads equipment needs . I tried to coordinate the timing the best I could so that there would be room for the equipment from hospice. While the Rotech employee was still in my home gathering up his equipment, I found out that the company who was bringing the new BiPAP machine, needed the settings off of his current machine, and was only minutes away from my home. The Rotech employee said he couldnt wait. When I informed him that my father could die without this breathing machine, he said it wasnt his problem. When I called and spoke to the manager Amy, it was obvious that she could have cared less. Is it really worth risking someones life over five minutes? Is it really that hard to show a little grace?

Great place, they really helped my wife with her oxygen needs

This company is the worst! They do not care about their clients. My father is on oxygen, and he and my mother are senior citizens, and when my fathers portable oxygen bottles ran out, they told my mother that she would have to carry them to the store to get them refilled! They know they cant lift them, and acted like they could care less if he had oxygen, and said oh well, we cant come to refill them. Monsters!

Had some issues with getting the right CPAP mask, but the sales rep DeeAnne went above and beyond to fix my problem.
