We love this place! They have a great selection of fresh pasta and sauces made from scratch. Chef studied in Italy and worked in Michelin start restaurants, he will tell you all about Italian cuisine. His wife is a great baked, you should definitely try her desserts. And don’t forget those Neapolitan style pizzas, they are to die for!

This is the best pasta I have had in a very long time. The proprietors are friendly and knowledgeable and the variety of pastas and sauces are not only delicious but bountiful. If you haven’t visited this place in Morristown do not miss it. It is great!

Absolutely in love with the pasta here! Especially the tagliatelle with truffle sauce. It’s to die for! On top of that the customer service is everything. The owners Aj & Kristina are super insightful. No question too small. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely love ESO! Their ricotta gnocchi is sensational and their creme di pecorino sauce is another of my favorites. No matter what we get, it is always fresh and delicious! Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough about AJ and Kristina at ESO! Well curated options of pastas and desserts to satisfy just about anyone. You can’t find a more hospitable duo out in Morristown. Even though it’s great to have the product available to cook at home, keep an eye out for their takeout, if and when it comes back! You will not be disappointed!

Every single pasta is homemade by Chef AJ, and it shows! He showed us what he learned after studying and working in Italy for a couple years under a renowned chef; quite impressive. Even as a former chef myself, this is by far the best pasta Ive ever had. If youre not sure about what recipe to make with the pasta your purchasing, just ask and they will suggest something. Will be back ASAP for more pasta (def. try their seasonal stuff), as well as to talk to Chef AJ. HIGHLY RECCOMEND if you like pasta or are looking for something new.

We just ordered takeout from Eso and it was absolutely amazing. The flavor is out of this world and you can absolutely taste the freshness of the homemade pasta. They have great customer service answering questions via social media within minutes. I absolutely recommend!

This is some of the best pasta & sauce I’ve bought in New Jersey - and I grew up in Essex County. The gnocchi was perfect. The arrabbiata, pesto, funghi were all amazing. I can’t say enough about the quality of the food here.

I dont know if we could say enough great things about ESO! The quality of both the pasta and sauces are just above and beyond. This week we tried the crema de mais with bucatini, which are a couple of additions for the September menu, and we were really, really impressed with the flavor and texture - so well done and unlike anything else Ive tried around town. But honestly its all amazing and you cant go wrong with whatever you choose (gnocchi, arrabbiata, pesto...all excellent). And as if that werent enough, on top of everything the service is top notch. So friendly, polite, and professional - and clearly passionate about their craft. Our expectations have been exceeded every time. These guys are the real deal and a true asset to Morristown.

Amazing delicious pasta and an amazing selection!!

My niece surprised us with Gnocchi and Pesto Sauce from Esos last week. The gnocchi was tender and flavorful and the pesto sauce was out of this world! I highly recommend Eso Artisanal Pasta and look forward to trying other pastas and sauces!
