I needed to update my bathroom and kitchen faucets. Since I live in Morton Grove, I decided to give them a try. Here are my honest thoughts on this place:The Good:Mark is extremely knowledgeable in his plumbing fixtures and parts. He is, likewise, very patient in explaining the minute difference in what is different fixtures. The prices are fair and some are greater discounted from the original price.The Bad:At times, I felt like I was in a car dealership. Several times he had to go and check on a price, however, I felt this was unnecessary as there was a computer in front of him. This took much longer time then needed.Over all, I cant complaint. Prices are fair and good. I will recommend this business to any one.

Warning from a repeat customer! All is good with Crawford until you have a problem/concern with your purchase. At that point you learn “customer satisfaction” is not part of their business model. You, the customer, are treated in a most disrespectable manner unbecoming to any consumer-driven business. There are other plumbing supply companies who do appreciate their customers.

Mark at the counter very knowledgeable. Quick service. I had a Kohler warranty issue and they handled it so professionally. I will go back and do more business with Crawford. Good place to do business!

I met with Paul at Crawford Supply to pick new faucets and a sink for my kitchen. He quickly focused on my alternatives, walk me through the showroom and answered the questions that I had with my decision criteria. We had the whole transaction done in half an hour and we were within $30 of the budget that I had set. Ill gladly work with Paul and Crawford Supply again.

Great service. I needed a cast iron tub right away and they had it in stock. Brian was very helpful. The whole transaction took 15 minutes and they loaded my minivan with care.

Probably OK if you dont have a problem. But good luck if you need to resolve a warranty issue with these guys. My experience with them has been nothing short of exasperating. My very expensive high-end water heater needed to be replaced. The manufacturer approved the claim and said, take the claim number to Crawford and they will handle the rest. Ha Ha. Crawford said Id have to pay full price for the replacement as well as $150 for paperwork, then when they get reimbursed from the manufacturer theyll credit me.So if you feel lucky, buy from these guys. But if you want a company thatll actually stand behind the stuff they sell. Go elsewhere.

Beautiful store, lots of display and flow is methodical. Service was great and staff (Steve) was knowledgeable and helpful.
