The service here is absolutely above and beyond. My fiancé and I have come here many times for various reasons from our over-complex Canadian-made car. Every time we’ve come here, even if our problem wasn’t fixed, we left the store feeling and knowing that they did absolutely everything in their power to help us - even going so far as to stop what they were do just to get on their knees on the pavement and help us yank out a rusted bulb that we were wrestling with for ages. The staff is very friendly and personable, they’re educated on their products, and they clearly work hard. Very appreciated after a long few weeks of dealing with highly apathetic and unenthusiastic staffing at various businesses.

I was staying at the hotel next door, woke to find a dead battery. Louis came out to my car, tested it, found out it was a REALLY dead battery. He then pulled the battery, put it on their charger. I returned 4 hours later, was assisted by Charlie who toted the battery out, put it in, hooked it up. Car started. When asked what we owed we were told nothing.Thank you guys again. Appreciated. Unfortunately, you dont have a store where I live, however, when possible you will have my business from here on.

This store is visible from the main road. It has plenty of parking including handicapped spaces.The parts counter staff are knowledgeable and very courteous. They are my go to store.Give them a try. You might learn something.

My daughter went into this Auto zone to get help with her key fab. She just moved into her dorm and the person at the counter was so rude to her when she asked for help. There must be other auto places that are out there that has good customer service and people to help you when you are not always familiar with certain items. I would not recommend this store to anyone!!!!

First time customer. Bought rotors since they were the only ones locally who had them in stock. Remaining parts were delivered to their store the next morning. One of the calipers I bought had some issues, the manager bent over backward to replace the faulty component the next day and threw in new brake pads, brake fluid, and a few other items. Super friendly and helpful! They won a repeat customer because of how quick they were to make things right and even went above and beyond.

I absolutely love working with the staff at this Moscow autozone, they always are able to figure out what part I need and generally have great prices. Always my first choice.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Just stopped in for a couple of tools and some windshield washer fluid, but the tool selection was recently impressive for a smaller store. Theres a variety that lets you find what you need for most common jobs and select one that fits your desired price range. The prices seemed competitive with other places and they look like theyll last.Always a plus to have store branded things like windshield washer fluid so you can get what you need at a reasonable price.Clean store, easy to find things.

LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF! They are always willing to go above and beyond every time you walk in the door. It is my auto parts store for life. The guys always treat every customer with respect! My wife was overly impressed when I had her stop to buy a small part and the manager put it on for her as they always offer for basics. AMAZING!

Chris was so helpful! I had been concern about my car battery but putting it off because life’s busy! Leaving work one night it seemed to act really strange. I drove right to autozone where Chris attempted to test the battery. We discovered that it was definitely in need of a replacement. Chris talked me through my options and answered my questions! Then he went outside in 30 degree weather and replaced it for me! Whether it is part of their service or not, it was COLD out, and he was happy to help! I appreciate the service I have always received here and won’t hesitate to come back or recommend Chris!!

I drive all the way to Moscow, just to go to this store.The employees are super helpful and always friendly. Theres been times when Ive needed help with something, and they just get their tools out and help. For instance, during moms weekend (on a Sunday when shops arent open), my moms vehicle was having an issue with overheating. AutoZone was able to diagnose and fix the problem well enough that she was able to drive the 2+ hours home and get it to our family mechanic safely.

Carries a lot of auto parts, if you need auto parts this be the place. Amazingly I needed parts and exchange for money they gave me parts!

Sam helped me out today with my tail light, thought it was a bulb at first but it ended up being a short. Got on the ground, on the cold concrete, so he could tell me how to fix the short.Great service and great staff! Will be returning.

Young man there has no concept of customer service. He repeatedly said what he couldnt or wouldnt do rather than help find a solution. The rest of the Moscow crew are great.

Battery died at Winco. Husband came to jump the rig & took it to AZ to see if it was the battery. 1st guy said he couldnt tell if it was the battery or alternator. They let us use their tools & we took off alternator and had it tested. I passed with flying colors. Next we found battery wasabi little in the low side for a charge. He tested the charge between the battery and alternator and it was very low. Said most likely a bad cable. Sure enough it was a broken cable. Hr ended up helping us fix it and we were on our way. He was a nice gentleman. Props to him.

Really good sauces. The service was excellant. Well priced beers. I tried their chimichanga and it was surprisingly good considering how on paper it seemed a little odd.

Sam is parts manager and a fantastic resource. He diagnosed my alternator problem, found my replacement and recommended some mechanic friends at meinicke who got me in on a Saturday! He also pointed out battery problem and fixed me up. He is smart, knowlegable and helpful!

I have to buy a 5w20 oil but they gave a 5w30, before that even gave me a wrong oil filter. Considering not to let these guys pick your oil type or filter. They will ruin your day

There are a lot of things I appreciate about Autozone. They consistently have the best price over competitors in Moscow. They never give a hassle over returned parts, even electrical ones. Chris, Christopher, and several others are very knowledgeable and more than willing to offer advice or help. You can rent specialty tools at no cost (once returned). They are always willing to order parts in for you. I buy a lot of parts, both for my own vehicles and my friends. I wouldnt start anywhere else than Autozone.

They always order me the wrong parts. Even when i ordered the part i needed and told them to reorder from the warrenty. Then i was told 350 for an estimate and when i came to get them it was almost 700. Then when i asked the guy if all my parts where still covered by my warrenty he said yes and confirmed i would recieve all my money back when all the old parts were brought back in. When i came back in i only got about 300 back. He claimed my warrenty expired a month ago even tho when i asked him when buying the parts if they were covered and he stated they were. I will most likely never go back again even though i have a life time warrenty on my breaks. Ive never had anything but promblems.
