This place has so much more then just fabrics and sewing notions. They have so many other items.Food crafting supplies, melt able candy wafers, yarn, scrapbooking supplies, OttLite Lighting, beads, strung beads, Fall decor, Fall floral & vases, plastic, paper crafting & craft room storage, quilting supplies, crafting tables, peel and stick wallpaper, candles, decorative mesh and bows, cricut machines and accessories, paintbrushes, paints and canvases, Drinkware & accessories, just to name a few....

Very good and helpful customer service. A good selection. The cashier was very helpful with suggestions on what to do in this area with young children.

Good selection of crafty things. Can be a bit overpriced at times, though the frequent coupons help with that.This particular building could use a little TLC, as the buckets in the aisles when it rains demonstrate. Though Im sure thats a landlord issue more than store negligence. Buckets could risk encroaching upon ADA accessibility however.

I appreciate having a fabric store in my town. I do find that I will drive an hour to another Joanns to avoid unpleasant customer service in Moscow, ID. Im writing this review because its been an ongoing problem and recently while in the store Grey made me feel very much an inconvenience to wait on so sadly I will drive the extra distance to avoid this in the future. Come on Moscow Idaho lets see things improve

The manager undermines the staff. On multiple occasions I hav had staff one thing (even in front of the manager) the. The manager contradicts and talks down to them.

This is a smaller Joann but still manages to have a decent fabric and craft selection. Theres always someone there to cut yardage and good seasonal item sales. Good place to get all your sewing notions and look at patterns.

Got in and got out with no problem. And the price was reduced at the cash register. That was a wonderful surprise. Way to go Joann. Keep saving your customers money. Job well done.

Lack of adequate training for their new employees and low morale is why shopping in this store is unpleasant at best. The employees either ignore you or scowl at you as though you were interrupting something more interesting to them than helping a customer. It would be so much better if the store was SELF SERVICE and allowed you to cut your own fabric, and check yourself out. Ive also been shorted on fabric as other people have mentioned, so I buy my fabric elsewhere. I buy as much as possible elsewhere in fact. When an employee is polite and helpful, its a small miracle. The manager and employees dont try to hide their hostility to the public so they get a lot less business from me than years ago when I shopped there once a week and knew the names of everyone who worked there. Its unpleasant and depressing to shop there and Im relieved when I can finally leave. It usually takes five minutes to find an item, but you spend another twenty to thirty minutes trying to find someone willing or able to check you out. I have much less aggravation if I buy from the company website, even if it does cost shipping. I pay that much in gas to get to the store since I live outside of Moscow. Plus a package in the mail is a much more satisfying experience than dealing with indifferent or hostile management and staff.

I love to shop here... but employees everywhere when you dont need anything and then nowhere to be found when you do! Great selection of items and great sales keep me coming back!

Love my coupons!

I love this store! They have great products and good sales, but I sure wish they would open their doors on time. Today, for the third time, I tried to shop there and the doors were still closed way after 10:00 am. If the hours have changed since they moved into the mall then they need to change the posted opening hours.

Appreciate a brick and mortar store when it comes to fabrics so I can actually feel the product before buying.

They have about everything u could ever need! Somethings are expensive but it just depends! Most employees are polite and helpful!

They have so much fun stuff for all types of crafts! The clearance sales prices are great for stocking up on your favorite stuff.

Great selection of crafts and fabrics. The people are very friendly and helpful too. The only downside is the price of most things is a little high.

I recently went in to buy some fabric and I asked for some help reaching the fabric I needed on the top shelf. The two ladies I asked were both very rude and looked at me as if I had just ruined their whole day. One of them asked if I could find any of the fabric on the lower shelves because she didnt like using the ladder for the top shelf. This is unfortunate because I love buying fabric at this store but after my experience I do not want to return. I will say that a different lady at the check stand was very nice and polite.

Disappointing. For a brand new store, I expected a better selection. Ive been happy with my jewelry making material purchases here, and this used to be my go-to craft store, but lately the overall quality of service has gone down. On my last visit I had to walk around the entire store to find an employee (even the checkstands were empty), and when I asked them a question, they were unhelpful and not very polite. I found what I was looking for at the Michaels next door, which has a much broader selection and better customer service.

I am not from Moscow and I went in with my family. The manager working at the front was so rude to my 12 year old niece because she didn’t have her coupon readily available at the beginning of the purchase. My sister asked her to apply the coupon and was told that she was already ringing out and couldn’t apply the coupon. I went back in and asked her to return the merchandise and apply the coupon because she would not do it at time of purchase. I was polite and she immediately got an attitude with me. I said my niece is young she doesn’t know that the coupon should be ready at the beginning of the purchase which is something I’ve never heard of I use coupons all the time and have never been told sorry it’s too late because the cashier has already started ringing up the purchase. That’s when she looked at me and said well she needs to learn then. I asked to talk to a manager but she said she was the manager. I will never go back in to this store and I would not recommend any one to shop at this store unless you want to be treated like garbage from the employees.

What a disappointment if you are looking for fabrics like their old location offered. This is an amazing new CRAFT store -- such fun stuff and so many options! But this is Jo-Ann FABRICS...and crafts. Where are the fabrics? They have a fair amount of quilting and upulstory options, but I was literally making laps around the store looking for the rest of it. There is no more. If you want to do something other than quilt and upholster with your fabrics, like maybe make clothes, youre better off going to Wal Mart. Seriously, at least the one in Pullman has more of a selection.On top of all that, the employees there when I visited had a very bad attitude. I asked what she thought if the new store. Her response was literally, Its fine. What more do you want me to say.My review for the store: Its fine. What more do you want me to say.

Love this store, but very pricey. Also, just an FYI their quilting fabric does shrink quite a bit and you have to be careful with long term wear as the fabrics dont tend to hold up with lots of love.

The store was well stocked, but it was not well staffed. When we were helped, they were kind, courteous, and got us a coupon for quite a bit off of our purchase!

I went to the store to buy some flannel and when I went to the cutting station I very kindly asked the man to make sure he cute the fabric straight since I needed a very specific amount. He didnt seem to understand what I meant at all so his manager had to tell him to cut on the lines of the pattern. He did his correctly but when I got home I realized that he had failed to make sure that the back side was lined up as well, so I was 4 inches short. When I returned to complain they just suggested I but a more expensive fabric and did not offer me any coupon or discount (my first fabric was a red tag item). After I decided to just return everything the lady that was there said she was going to measure everything to just double check something. She measured my other flannel piece which was almost 10 inches short and my ribbon which was 7 inches short. They still never offered my any discount or apologized but just suggested that I start all over with new, more expensive fabric. I simply returned everything. Overall very poor customer service and they do not seem to train their new employees.

Generally Joanns is okay... I guess only on the weekends. Mido (or whatever) one of the associates was super rude! I told her that I wanted 5yrds and she said with an attitude, Theres not going to be 5 yrds jokes on her, there was 6 1/4 yards long, slow your roll sweetheart. Then she asked what my project was, I briefly told her and she got really snappy with me. I didnt ask your opinion honey. Anyway, long story short, my experience was terrible and I will not be going back during the week if I have to deal with disgusting, rude and argumentive staff!

Great place to grab some fabric for a toga!

Since they moved to the new location they have way less fabric than before and even worse service. Most of the employees are unsure of what they carry and also often rude. There is one lovely lady who is usually at the cutting counter but thats it, and you always have to call someone to checkout. Always a very frustrating experience.

Terrible costomer service and disrespectful staff. Waited fourty minutes to ask a question with literally only 2 costomers in the store and they responded to look harder around the store for the fabric I was looking for.I will make a point to just buy online and not support this local business because of how often they are slow and rude.
