I had an outdoor spiget that was stripped and would not shut off! Powell Plumbing returned my call within 30 minutes, they were at my front door 10 minutes after that, and returned a day later with the parts and did the work! Amazing service - and friendly to boot!

I manage four four-plexus and a condo in the Moscow Pullman area and Dave/Powell Plumbing has always been very professional and knowledgeable in the several years we have used their services. Even after all these years he was willing to do an emergency weekend call when it was a mater of potentially huge property damages if we couldnt get a plumber out there since the main water shut off valve was broken to the apartment and the other option would have been shutting the main off to the whole four-plex building and tenants being without water for the entire weekend. Marie who coordinates the jobs is very helpful and has always been pleasant to deal with as well. Very nice, hardworking, professional people. Thank you!

I called Powell Plumbing because my kitchen sink was clogged.They sent over a plumber to do the work, but I was unsatisfied with the results. When the plumber arrived he seemed irritated about having to unclog the sink. He ran the snake through my pipes for less than 20 minutes and only ran the sink water for less than a five minutes before determining that the blockage was clear. In total he was there for 30 minutes tops, but I was billed for 2 hours of service. To make matters worst the sink was still clogged the following day. I called another plumber to fix my kitchen sink and they did an excellent job. Not only did they do the job correct, but they also charged me significantly less than Powell. I always pay my bills, but have been hesitant about paying Powell because I feel I was overcharged. For that reason I would not recommend Powell Plumbing to anyone. If my bill gets reduced I would consider changing my rating.

These guys and gals rock. Seriously. They are on top of things. I have never been dissatisfied. I asked them to install a hair washing sink in my barbershop and on a whim I decided to add an impromptu hand washing sink since they were already there. He was fantastic and went ahead and added the extra sink without making me feel bad in the slightest for not thinking about it to begin with. They have also raised all of my shower heads and several other plumbing things around my house and all of their workers are super cool including the chick who answers the phone. You guys rock and thank you for being so willing to work me in ASAP.

After buying a train wreck of a house in Moscow I was in dire need of a good plumber. Brian at Powell came with several recommendations and he came out and gave me a bid.It was ardous work as the team worked to remodel 60 years of old plumbing. In the end it looks great. I havent finished the rest of the job and cant wait to try it all.The team is comprised of true professionals who care about your job. I GREATLY appreciated all their help and insight. I had solicited Powell Plumbing to install my disposal and a new faucet as part of the very exciting experience of getting new counter tops.It was my expectation that in hiring a professional to do this job I would be able to count on their expertise in installation. I was dismayed to find that when the faucet was installed not only did the installer have to leave twice for parts, the product did not function as intended.I consulted the store from which I purchased the counter, sink, and faucet), I contacted the counter top company, I contacted facility/construction professionals I know in other areas. All were perplexed as to why the faucet was installed if it wouldn’t function, and why I wasn’t contacted when it became apparent the faucet wouldn’t function correctly. Rather I discovered it when I returned from a trip.When I contacted the counter company, they sent employees out to see if there was an error on their part and if they could make it right, and made it workable for the time being. Moscow building supply contacted me regularly with possible solutions.When I contacted Powell Plumbing to find out if there was information I didn’t have, I was told that the faucet could be turned but that “it would look weird” and that if I wanted it switched out I would need to pay more for a service call to disconnect it as well as a call to install the new one.I have worked with people I trust to arrive at an acceptable solution that cost me nothing.I am disappointed to say the least.
