The gentleman (from Georgia) was very friendly and helped my daughter find the right bike for her size. He even told her if she ever needs help with her bike to come in as they are full service. Being away from home for the first time; this was comforting for both of us.

I’ve taken my bikes to paradise for years. I recently (July 12, 2021) took my road bike in for tuning. I get it - it’s summer - 2 week wait. I find that a bit ridiculous - but ok.The kid who I talked to was rude. Acted like I was an idiot for asking why the two week wait.So I took my bike and left. I dropped it off at rolling hills. The next time I buy new bikes for myself or wife or kids - I won’t go there.

Great rental service and very convenient location in the center of town! I will definitely hit them up again for a daily bike rental the next time Im in the area. The trails are close by.

My family has lived in Moscow for 10 years, and we have gone to Paradise Creek Bicycle for all our bike needs. TJay impressed me from the first day I took my old road bike in. He didn’t judge. He just helped me out. I found him to be generous with his knowledge of bikes and to live up to his motto to do right by his customers. He truly loves riding bikes and working on them.I commuted to work for a few summers on that old road bike, but I found I had to carve out at least two and half hours from my day just to do that. That’s what got me thinking about buying an e-bike. I spoke with TJay and others at Paradise Creek, and I looked up several models on the Internet. In the end I bought the bike he recommended--Emojo Lynx Pro 750 W e-bike--from his store. TJay made sure the bike was ready for the road and even took time to wax it. Stopped by for the first time last week to pick up a brand new TCR - my experiences with the staff were excellent and they all seemed like people who were passionate about bikes. Unlike with some bike shops in larger cities, they were just as enthusiastic in helping someone choose their first bike as they were in helping me with my TCR. Really makes you feel welcome. I will definitely be visiting the shop frequently, not only for the atmosphere but also for the competitive rates and prices!

Diagnosed our problem with my Ebike but I didnt have the time to do the actual repair and they didnt have information to communicate with the manufacturer for replacement parts.Professional and helpful.

This is my favorite bike shop in the Northwest. Ive driven from Portland just to buy stuff here. The selection is great, the staff is great, and the prices are great. They have nice used bikes and hockey gear as well.

What an amazing bike shop! I was in a pinch and needed a new wheel built and TJ went out of his way to find the parts I needed and built me a beautiful new wheel for the right price. He probably should have charged me a little more than he did, actually. He is a straight shooter and runs an honest shop.

My wife and I were looking to spend $300 - $800 dollars at this bike shop. We brought in an old road bike and wanted to get an estimate on a few repairs. If the repair costs exceeded the value of the bike, we would have considered buying a new one (We were prepared to spend $800). The service lady apparently was the only worker in the whole shop, and she was helping a previous customer (There was us and the previous customer couple. A total of 4 people in the shop). We leave the bike at the front desk and wander the shop for 10 minutes and even walk by the service lady and she never made eye contact with us or said anything. After 20 minutes, my wife and I decided to walk out of the shop without even talking to anyone. We can understand if your busy and helping other customers, just a simple “Hello, we’ll be with you shortly or We’ll be with you in a few minutes.” Is enough to keep customers in the shop. But if you want new customers to interrupt your services with other customers, keep the sign up that says, “Ask for Assistance”.

Paradise Creek resolved my bike frustrations. Cole and TJ spoke knowledgeably about the condition of my bike and offered immediate and future advice. Anna, a retail specialist, was also ready to answer a host of questions. Its nice when the workers of a company can field diverse inquires about the function of their shop especially when they treat you like a friend in the process. Their prices are very reasonable considering the thorough treatment my wheels received. I recommend PCB to someone looking to hang on to a junker until it breathes its last (like me), one who wants a precious bike to be carefully handled, or anyone looking to buy from local experts.

Went to Paradise Creek Bicycles looking to get a helmet rental. They do not normally rent out helmets, and instead of just putting a price on one they let me use it for free just so I would have a safe ride. They definitely value safety over making money. This is a great store and I will be here again.

Two weeks ago, we dropped off a bike for a warranty, along with the receipt. Anna, at that point, said that she did not need the receipt to process the warranty and would email the rep right away. We let Anna know that we are wanting to upgrade the bike, and wanting to see if we could get some credit towards an upgrade fully understanding that we would be responsible for the difference and/or Jamis not willing to credit towards an upgrade. A week later, no response so we call for a status. No one can find our name or knows what we are talking about, until we mention the Jamis bike with the cracked frame. They now, all of a sudden, need a receipt (the same one Anna didnt need a week prior), so we email it to them. Another week goes bye, here we are today, still no updates from this store. I call. Again, no clue who we are, cant find our name on anything, until we mention the Jamis bike with the cracked frame. The guy I spoke with tells me they are waiting for us to email them a receipt. I let him know we sent it a week ago, and I resent it while I was on the phone with him, and waited for him to confirm with me that he received it. So I call back later today, and spoke with TJ. Again, doesnt know who we are, has nothing with our name on it, I tell him the Jamis bike with the cracked frame. TJ is like Oh we are waiting for you to send us a receipt for that, to which out of frustration I told him, we brought it in two weeks ago, it wasnt needed then, we emailed it a week ago, and I emailed it while one the phone with the A-hole (I did not abbreviate) I spoke with earlier. TJ, and justifiable, refused service because I referred to his employee as an a-hole, and we are fine with that due to their poor customer service and no responses. I did, however, give them 2 stars, because, even out of frustration, should not have referred to his guy as an a-hole. Definitely poor customer service, and they do not care for your business, and this was proven prior to me referring to an employee as an A-hole

Very friendly and helpful employees. You can tell the people that work there do a lot of riding and know what they are talking about. Good selection of mountain bikes, I havent looked at their selection of road/cruiser bikes. They also do a great job saving you money when possible, getting you used/shop parts or special ordering things if you want it. Overall very happy customer, Ive had a good experience and good customer service on each visit to the shop.

The guy here is super friendly. I came in with a flat tire and he spent an hour of his time teaching me how to check tubes, replace tubes, inspect the tire, taking the tire off/on, how to fill tires, deflate tires, disengage brakes, etc. NO EXTRA CHARGE!! This guy knows his bike, by looking at mine he could tell you what year it was. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and the place I will go for all my bike maintenance!! Definitely go here

Awesome store with super friendly and helpful employees. It really is a local bike shop and I dont mind paying the little extra for tubes in order to support my LBS. Feel free to ask any bike related questions the people here know what they are talking about and Im always impressed with the amount of knowledge they have on very spesfic bike related questions. Ive been in a few times and they have always been willing to help and give suggestions on minor bike adjustment problems. Love this store and its place in the heart of Moscow.

We recently had Will from Paradise Creek Bicycles fix our daughter’s bike and we were extremely impressed. He was professional and knowledgeable and fixed it in a matter of minutes. We won’t be going anywhere else!

The tire on my kids stroller went flat and I could not reinflate it. I came in thinking I needed a new inner tube and T Jay respectfully gave me a tutorial on how to pump up a tire! I was very pleased and impressed with the level of service even In regards to an incompetent user error issue. We had a good few laughs and he sent me on my way with a fully inflated tire and a much smarter father. Thanks guys I’ll be back with all my other bike issues ;)

Today I just got a new Scott CR1 road bike frm Paradise Creek Bicycles. I gotta say my expereince there was way over the top.The vibes are great and the people are amazing. The owner there TJ was so helpful with giving me a run down on the bike and all its mechanics and simlple tuning tips and tricks. I reall appreciated the customer service I got today. Paradise Creek goes WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers. Everyone in the store has a great attitude and takes time to answer all questions and go over everything you want/need to know. This is the best bike shop on the Palouse and the only place I recommend friends to go when interested in purchasing a bicycle. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and will help you find the perfect bike for you and your riding style.The customer comes first at Paradise Creek and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is road or trail ready.I have purchased multiple bikes from this shop and will continue to be a customer in the future.

These guys are great. They are THE mountain bike rental place in Moscow and were helpful getting a couple out-of-towners geared up to hit the local trails. They provided knowledge on where to go and gave us a few pointers about the bikes we rented.

T jay did an amazing job fitting my new mountain bike to me and teaching me all the basics. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, I would recommend him to experienced and novice bikers alike!

The owner takes a very hands on approach to running this shop. He is extremely knowledgeable! I havent explored it fully yet, but it seems like they have everything you could want from a bike shop. You can buy any kind of bike, get bike maintenance, theyll fit/tweak a bike to your body, they have information on local bike trails, you can go for a ride with them to learn how to ride/repair, get gear associated with biking, etc...

Very friendly folks in this shop, however I was disappointed with the quality of the service. I ordered a part on a Monday and was told it would probably be in the next day. When I called on Thursday, the woman I spoke with apologized that the part was not yet in and told me she would call back when it arrived. It took me walking into the shop the following Monday (having not been called) to discover the part had been there all along, they just couldnt find it.Plus side: They let me use their tools to do some minor repairs for free and when I left my bike there overnight they gave me a free loaner.Overall review: good people, just need to work on their customer service.

The overall shop is nice and has the potential to have a very cool atmosphere. However some of the employees and the owner ruined it for me. The owner was very condescending and seemed panicked from a couple customers being in the shop. There are definitely good people working there but some bad employees and a bad owner can ruin the atmosphere of a place. After talking to others about the shop, I found that many people agree with me, especially women.

This conveniently located bike shop is located in the heart of downtown moscow. Paradise Creek will meet all of your bike riding wants and needs. Whether you are just in town for the weekend and need to rent a great bike at a great price....or a serious rider and need maintenance on your downhiller. Theyve got lights, helmets, parts, EVERYTHING you might need for bicycling. Theyre selection is huge on brand new bikes from specialized to giant, raleigh, kona....im sure there are some im missing. TJay and his staff are tremendous and very helpful. Oh, and i almost forgot theyve got those e bikes too! Rent one and see how much easier they make a hill. They are something to behold.

Really great staff and reasonable prices

This is a LBS in very casual and friendly setting. I brought my bike in for a tune up last week, although they were some hiccups and miscommunication when I went to pick up my bike (prolly due to the busy 4th weekend), they were all taken care of immediately. Staffs were very helpful in general. I also had a bike fitting session with TJ and it went really well with a reasonable price tag. I was clumsy and knew nothing about road bike but he took time to explain to me how everything works patiently without appearing condescending at all. He will even stand behind his adjustment/fitting for a year! Overall, Im happy with the service I got and will go there again for my future bike needs.
