Employee owned. Great customer service. Low prices. The produce department always seems fresh and fully stocked. The bulk food section has a great selection, and I really like all the different choices in the deli, as well as the bakery. Also I like the various items throughout the store that Ive only been able to find at WinCo.

Check the produce good usually about half of it is moldy or bad. Also they are not requiring masks overall over all not impressed

Good prices and happy staff. I can usually find what I need here. The plastic bag quality has dropped so bring your own bags.And please wear a mask if your sick or have not been vaccinated.

Great place to buy potatoes at a great price. Clean and well stocked. Surprisingly high quality bakery. Its quick to check out of, and the parking isnt bad. If you dont trust your kids with money when they go off to college, send them a gift card.

Went on a Sunday morning to grab something and it was sooooo clean. The cleanest Ive seen a grocery store. So clean I could have laid down on the floor and not gotten dirty at all. There wasnt dirt anywhere a reasonable person would look. Amazing work.

I always find what I am looking for and more. Love their sourdough bread from the Bakery. WinCo may be the only place in town where you can get a good fresh donut. The workers are always friendly and helpful.

Just want to give a shout out to the awesome service I receive from James in the meat department. Over the holidays I had several requests for my meat needs and had no difficulty getting what I needed. He prepared a Rib Eye roast for me that was the best Ive ever had. I now buy all my meat at Winco and I cant say enough about the great customer service I received from James.

Winco deserves 5 starts today! I left my wallet in a shopping cart on accident. It had $593 in it. I didn’t realize that I left it there for an hour. I went back. Customer Service had it and the money was locked in a register to keep it safe. All the cash was there. Big props to the employees are Winco.

What ever happened to proper interaction in customer service? I am not familiar with Winco since do not have them in Southern Utah and didnt know that they do not take credit cards. I asked the person that was over seeing the self checkout why the pin pad wasnt showing credit cards and only debit or EBT cards he came over and said We dont take credit cards ok but the tone used was like DUH. After having been in customer service as a manager and owning a business if one of my employees or associates spoke in that manner to a customer then we would have had a discussion on the correct way of customer interaction. I maybe wrong about how to interact with customers in Moscow Idahos Winco, but to me the proper response to a customer would have been I am sorry sir but we do not accept credit cards here at Winco and if asked why then explain why. You have no idea as to where a person is from and if they are familiar with your operations ways of operating. If he had handled it differently I would pulled out a debit card and completed the transaction instead just walking out and going to a different store to make my purchases.

This store is as we say in the Southwest Da Shiznich. Affordable bulk foods. Great customer service. Plus I like that I can open carry my fire arm and not feel uncomfortable.

The food and the prices are great, but that is all negated with them allowing maskless customers coughing and digging in the bulk food. Yuck!

Winco is a great place if your on a low pay grade. It is the cheapest store in the area by far, it even beats Wal-Mart. Their selection is huge and generally high quality. They have a bulk foods section which carry lots nuts, dried fruit, candies, dried goods, and more. One of my favorites in the bulk food section is crystallized ginger. They have decent fresh foods like mangoes and really good asparagus. Their meat is pretty good, but is depends on what you get. The deli is excellent. The bakery is mediocre, however their bagels are a real treat. They have a nice selection of wines. They have great cheese at a low price. To sum it up Winco is a great place to shop if you dont mind crowding or have a tight wallet.

Winco has great value and an amazing selection. Be aware that they do not accept credit cards so bring cash, debit, checks or EBT. ****COVID WARNING: high numbers on unmasked patrons frequent this store. Nobody is monitoring the entrance for masks.

I do like this store. I like getting fish there a lot. Cheaper than Safeway for sure. Our recent favorites are swordfish steaks, salmon burgers and smelts. They have very good fish sometimes, but not always. It is a hit or miss. Some other products are less expensive than Walmart for example. Such products as mouth rinse and toilet paper. Also, all kinds of flour available and cheaper than anywhere else. I did compare the prices. However, be very careful about produce. Onions usually go bad in a week and fruit needs to be eaten in a couple of days. Otherwise, it starts to rot. Bags of salad, green beans and snow peas need to be checked if they dont have rotten vegetables inside. I got one bag like that. Had to toss it. I gave up on watermelons from there - none of them was tasty

No stars. Apparently as I was told none makers cant be asked to mask. Observed there on every visit I had, in families or groups. None maskers spread virus and can cause an outbreak. If you shop there go when no one else is, or better frequent other stores. Not shopping there again.

I usually prefer winco but too many people not wearing masks. Something needs to be done winco especially when there’s a mandate. Not going back until you take care of this.

Everyone there is super nice and is always willing to help. I cant eat gluten and the store marks everything that is certified gluten free next to the price tag on the shelves. It makes shopping there much easier compared to other stores.

Love their All American subs.They have better prices than Wal-Mart on many items. I dont care for WinCo bakery though, they could take lessons from Safeway. Wish I could get to Moscow more often. With Covid, Ive been taking advantage of Wal-Marts pick-up service in my area.

Best prices and selection that we have found in Moscow. Everything is fresh and great quality. Easy to shop and find plenty on your list... even some homegoods and cleaning supply. Their bakery items are delicious as well.

WinCo is an excellent establishment, especially to those who are students like myself. Their prices are surprisingly low and they have a great selection of anything you might need for everyday life. The employees are also warm and welcoming so no complaints there.

No enforcement of local mask ordinance, saw a woman with no mask lick her finger to get a bag. Very disappointed.

Best grocery store in Moscow and probably the Palouse. Price are generally lower than anywhere else (especially without coupons). Recent remodels are a good improvement. Its not the stylish environment of Safeway but your bill will be a lot lighter.Be warned: you have to bag your own groceries. I love this, but others may not.If they dont carry an item you want, you can actually submit requests on their website. Ive done this successfully and the item was restored after it had been discontinued.
