Came all the way from Tri Cities to buy a car. Buying the car and the experience was great with Craig. Took 2 signatures and just handed over the money and we were done. The car ended up having a small problem the next day when I got home, but Craig had us go to our nearest dealership to get it fixed on his expense per the warranty. Cars do have problems, its not really the dealers fault, but the way he handled it put it above any dealer Ive dealt with before. Id recommend them

I was looking for a replacement car, and was struggling to find something reliable within my budget. I ended up finding a great car at University Auto Sales, and Craig worked to get me in it within terms that worked well for me. Im thankful and excited to have a car I trust.

Craig quickly and efficiently hooked me up with a vehicle. Im a first time buyer and have little knowledge of automobiles. Overall, the car I purchased is decent but the tires were out of alignment and the front left tire was worn down to the cords. I understand buying a used car means Im going to get a used product, but it seems to be a dangerous (and perhaps deceptive) practice to sell a vehicle not fully equipped for the road. In conclusion, Craig is just your average run-of-the-mill used car salesman. That is, hes probably going to overcharge you and not inform you of all putative issues with the vehicle, and so its up to you to do your homework and make sure youre not being taken advantage of.Update: In under 1 year, Ive had to (1) realign front & rear wheels, (2) replace all 4 tires, (3) replace rear brakes, (4) replace front-right wheel bearings.

The process of actually buying the car was made very simple thanks to Craig. There was some miscommunication in applying for a loan, and he helped clear everything up to get me approved faster and for a better rate. There was a minor problem with the car after purchase (Neutral Safety Switch,) and he has been a huge help in utilizing the 3,000 mile warranty to get it fixed up. Couldnt recommend University Auto enough!

Where to begin? This company has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Craig took over and took care of everything from start to finish. Used vehicles happen to come with small defects it’s part of purchasing a used vehicle however UAS is quick to listen and have those small defects taken care of. Now that my warranty is up, I can post an honest review. We have learned a few things about buying cars since we bought ours here, and we feel as though we were taken advantage of a little. At the time I was happy just to be buying a vehicle, but I did not understand the fine print, and they did not explain it. We also tried to make a warranty claim this year and received a very negative response, even though our warranty was still valid. We ended up just paying for the work out of pocket instead of hassling with them over it. I believe they are good people, but make sure you do your homework before buying a vehicle here.

Also i had 4000 to put down on a car and wasnt looking for anything over 10,000 -12,000 and still wanted 339 a month and would only show us 3 cars. We just bought a 2004 chevy blazer from joe. we couldnt be happier with the service provided by both him and craig. jose got us aloan at 1/2 the int rateour credit union was offering. In addition, we had some electr-ical problems -no dims or brake lights, bad temp gauge-and they had it fixehotat their expense. DONT TRUST THEM! The day after we made our 2nd truck payment the damn thing caught on fire while driving it! It cost 2300 to fix and they would not do anything to help not a thing! We almost lost everything due to this. Shame

The vehicle was purchased at auction so the history on it was sketchy. We had our mechanic check it out before we purchased it, and Im glad we did because there was some major repairs that had to be done, and a portion of these were able to be worked into the final price. At this point, happy with the experience, and happy to support a local business.

Took my car here to trade in. Was already hesitant because all of their cars are priced at around $1,000 above market value, and then the guy super lowballed me, and justified it saying that he can get my car cheaper at an auction. Im not saying that isnt true, but then he just tried to sell us the car anyway, despite us being very clear that that was not an option from the beginning. It fits the used car dealership cliche nicely. Really uncomfortable experience overall.Ended up buying a car across the street at s & s auto right afterward. Highly reccomend going there instead if you can.

We made an appointment for Sunday and drove 80 miles with sick kids to view a vehicle and nobody showed up. We waited over an hour, made calls and text the number with no response until hours later. He was going to make us a GREAT deal but that GREAT deal is still not worth it. The car needs major work done, if you know Subarus you know what Im talking about. Im not paying $1,500 over NADA book or Kelley Blue Book for a vehicle that needs at least $1,500 in work once it leaves his lot. The owner seemed fine to work with when he got back to you. With the problem we had he wasnt even at the lot to show the vehicle to my husband like we were under the impression. My husband said he was speaking with someone that didnt seem to know too much about much. He said Subaru Forester, and the guy asked which Subaru the white or the blue? The blue one is an Outback and they only had the 2 Subarus. The missed appointment was my red flag and my husband wanted to continue to give the benefit of a doubt. I understand that buying a used car is buyer beware, but I feel like selling a car well over NADA price that needs major work done isnt a good way to conduct business. If you dont know what to look for PLEASE people, take someone with you to help look for things!

This was my daughters very first car purchase. My husband really wanted to be there in person to guide her through it and make sure she got a fair deal. However, we live 2000 miles apart so Dad remotely guided her the best he could. This is where Joe comes in. He took great care of our baby girl. Never took advantage of her naivety of being a first time buyer. He was patient and understanding as she tried to get her financing in order dealing with her hometown bank miles away. He even went as far as delivering the car to her twice when the first time around the financing hit a glitch.We may never meet in person but we are forever grateful to Joe for his GREAT customer service and for taking care of our daughter when we couldnt be there.

We had been searching for a vehicle for months, found 2 here that suited our needs, joe was very accommodating with our schedules-coming in for us to look at the vehicles when he would normally be closed, even went as far as delivering our new vehicle to our house 15 miles away! He handled all the paperwork for the loan and repaired several extras on the vehicle for us. We definitely recommend him and will be purchasing future vehicles from Joe.

I walked in here terrified of getting another used car from a used car lot. I meet the gentleman that was there and he let me walk around by myself to check out the couole of cars I was interested in. Which is what I wanted to do, I didnt want a salesman talking to me the entire time of trying to figure out what to get. After I saw what I liked he gave me the keys and told me to check it out and take it for a test drive. After I came back He had the carfax in hand and ready to go. Very very helpful. We had some problems with the bank and instead of just telling us all well, or here are some other options for a car like other car dealerships would have he worked with us and got us the car we wanted. The experience I had with this company makes me want to deal with them again. This car lot is far and beyond anything else moscow has to offer. My boyfriend got a truck there with powertrain warranty and the guy told us if we had any problems with the Axlesand parts and anything that are related to that area, he would pay to have it checked. well my man called him because the one Axle broke And the guy sent my boyfriend a text saying that he wasnt going to pay for anything that breaks on the truck Including the axle. So far my boyfriend has put a lot of money into the truck sense he got it .He had to put in axles tierods and more in to it with in the few months we have had it. And also when we got the truck it was pretty much sitting on empty. Never again are we buying a car here ever
