My son and I had a great trip on St Joe river with Tyler. He was very patient and taught us what we needed to catch some fish. Exact trip we were looking for. He cooked us a great hot lunch along the rivers edge as well!

Love this shop. Tyler and the crew always give good advice on flies and fly gear for the local rivers. Ive also had the pleasure to go on a guided trip on the St Joe River. Excellent time. Tyler had great knowledge of where the fish were and what they were biting on. He was also helpful on rigging and casting techniques. Creme brulee desert for lunch was an added bonus.

Had an excellent trip with guides Tyler and Kyle on the St. Joe River in April. They both know their stuff! You can tell they have spent a lot of time rowing a drift boat. It was my first time fly fishing from a boat and it was awesome. We worked streamers in the morning and switched to dries once the fish started rising. It was my first time fishing streamers and the guys gave me tips and were patient with me as I learned a new technique. We caught a lot of fish and had a great day on a beautiful river! If youre thinking about a trip with White Pine Outfitters, do it!!

Tyler and Kyle took my coworkers and I on a one day fly fishing trip on the Saint Joe. The experience was awesome. They both were professional, highly skilled, good teachers, and their love for what they did was contagious. Would highly recommend them as your guides of choice for any of your fishing trips.

We had a great experience with Tyler and the crew. We nymphed a bit in the morning and landed a few while the bugs heated up and then found a couple of hungry pods of fish on the dry late afternoon and got pounded:) the food was lovely and they definitely made an effort to ‘bring it’ when they prepared ahi ahi tuna tacos fresh on the griddle then whipped up fresh cream for our pound cake and strawberries desert! Overall our experience was wonderful and I plan to make it happen again sometime soon if I can! Great job guys!

Tyler took my sister, wife and me out for an amazing experience fly fishing the St Joe River. We are all beginners, and he stepped up to the challenge of getting us on fish while the river was very high and fast. I recently received my grandpas old fly rod. I dont know anything about fly fishing so I came here where Tyler took a few minutes of his time and showed me a few basic things then taught me how how to cast a little bit. I couldnt be more grateful for his help.

White Pine has an amazing amount of stuff! Every time you go in the store they have new cool stuff. And Tyler and Sierra are always ready to help if you have questions. Its like a boutique-discount-awesome--outdoor-stuff store and were lucky to have them in Moscow!

I cant say enough about this shop. It is so great to have a dedicated fly shop in town with a welcoming atmosphere and great beta for area fishing. The gear exchange portion of the shop has very fair pricing with new stuff every time I stop by. Really glad this shop is in Moscow.

Very friendly, Tyler has opened a great resource for outdoor gear on the palouse. Much of our 3 kids gear and clothing has come from here including raingear, backpacks, and boots for 2 of them. His adult selection is awesome. Kid is thin but check in often as he is always getting new gear in. Prices are very reasonable for entry level and top end gear he gets in. Thanks
