This is a college campus store, dont expect supreme savings. That being said I have never had a bad time in the store and in my experience the employees have always been helpful and attentive. The staff in charge of the textbook section are always quick when getting things done and very knowledgable about the whole process of getting textbooks: from rentals to digital copies and even recommending places where they might be cheaper.

The staff there are very helpful and its rare i dont find what im looking for there.

Excellent selection of Idaho merchandise for men, women and kids. Tired of shopping? Grab a Starbucks and read a book. Great staff who are friendly and helpful and often great sales! Could use a better hat selection though!

Happy staff normaly. Some incossistancy ordering books online, where it will say its in stock new, but in actuality its used only. Im sure they have a disclaimer somewhere about it, yet it is still frustrating.

As a Vandal alumni its always a treat. Love having Starbucks available too, especially these crisp Fall days!

Go here for Mac repair work! Way more reasonably priced than VGH. Young was who worked with me and he was awesome. VERY reasonable prices (diagnostics was free as opposed to $30 at VHG) and he helped me figure out what was going on. Turned out that it was an easy fix and didnt even cost me! After I had spent forever trying to figure it out on my own. Thanks Young!

Just had an expirience with jena at Starbucks. Not satisfied at all one of the rudest and unpleasant person Ive ever given buisness to. Will not becoming back a sure way to ruin a greatday. I can not put into words how upset and somewhat hurt I am for being treated with such disrespect for simply asking if its possible to get a blended carmal machiato.

They have everything you need that is U of I related. Even a Starbucks inside.
