I have received outstanding customer service with Norco with my medical supplies. Nice people who do a good job getting it right for the customer.

Bought a welding helmet a couple years ago for my brother. He needs replacement cover lenses a few times a year. Those replacements are only in stock on rare occasions. If you are going to sell a product, you need to make sure you have parts to fit in, IN STOCK. I went to pick up the lenses for my brother on Monday, they didnt have any in stock as usual. I was told that Lewiston had some, and the next day, I would be able to pick them up. The next day, was told Lewiston didnt carry that brand, and would have to get them from Boise, which would take a week. My brother needed the lenses last week, so what good is to l=have to wait a week, because they dont keep them IN STOCK.

I get my welding argon here, they are fair and honest. They are very knowledgeable about parts and have helped me order the right stuff.

Every time I call to order my fathers supplies, the gentleman who answers sounds like hes completely put out with me calling. I will say he is good about calling me back, but always seems irritated that I rang at all and never has time tot help on the same call. Perhaps they need more staff to handle calls.I will say that Shaine who deals with CPap stuff has always been friendly and excellent when Im able to get to him.

We were quoted a lower price over the phone. When we went in to the building it was a higher price AND they refused to fill our brand new never before used tank. They would only fill one of their used ones and exchange it. Absolute garbage.

I am so disappointed with the call i made, the guy sounded like he was sick and was irritated by my call. Further more I had donse sufficient research on the product i was looking for and the rep. on the phone clearly blew me off.I am surely keeping away from his business.
