Very positive experience. They were able to diagnose my mopeds problem the same day. They ordered the parts and I had my bike back within a week and half. Very helpful staff that answered all my questions.

Great service! Owner is very nice and easy to talk to. Also very helpful. The guys there really know what theyre doing. This shop doesnt try to rip you off like others Ive been to, they have very fair prices for their service. I highly recommend!

Matt and his team practice the highest quality when it comes to service, skill level and care. Ive had service done at Revolution Motorsports for 4 years and so it would be impossible to single out my best experience. What I will say is that when you get service from this company they will stand by their work and all of the parts that they use. If you somehow feel something isnt right just communicate because they will make anything right. We are lucky to have this quality of a company in the Moscow Pullman area! Also, if there is a wait on service its because they are that good! If you want quality it takes time. Its worth the wait.

First experience was good - helped me out of a jam for very little cost while I waited (used rim + mount existing tire). Heard good reviews from friends and neighbors. Brought my ranch utility ATV in for service. Was told two weeks out to look at it. Ok - can live with that. One month later called and was told two weeks in a row “it will be ready next week”. Asked for a quote before work was done. Week later (6 weeks), was told it was ready and estimated cost. Picked up for 25% more than estimated (never did get a price before work was done). While waiting for the ATV to be retrieved, chatted up service tech - who admitted they don’t like working on my brand (Kawasaki) and whenever they one comes in, the techs all start the “not it” game and the device ends up back-burnered and low priority. All this admitted shamelessly. Not going to take it back there again - it’s obvious they literally don’t want my business. Too bad I don’t own the desirable Honda, Polaris, Yamaha, etc.They will not be able to maintain a good reputation with kind of service.

It is hard to find a repair shop that maintains integrity and competence in their work. Revolution Motorsports has done so and has done it very well. Not only are they determined to maintain a positive relationship with the customer but theyre focused on getting you back on your bike quickly, safely, and happy.

Had issues with Revolution misdiagnosing and not getting to the root of the problem, but the owner (Matt?) was a stand-up guy. Not only did he refund me, he was willing to transport the bike in himself and really wanted to figure out the problem. While I was very frustrated at first, Matts attitude and customer service definitely impressed me. Would go back.

Brad in sales is awesome, friendly, and knowledgable. They charge really reasonable prices for repairs, and wont hesitate to tell you to order a part online if its cheaper. Gotta love that honest customer service. Ill be back again and again! Thanks Brad!

They have great customer service and oil prices. We dont go anywhere else without checking there first or seeing if they can order it. Great guys there!

These guys are the best. I never write reviews, but theyve been so helpful that I had to. They have totally reasonable prices (never inflated or outrageous like some mechanics), and more than once theyve simply walked me through what I would need to do myself to fix the bike to save me money. If youre in Moscow and need anything to do with your motorcycle - parts or labor - these are the guys to go to. Theyre down to earth guys, who arent ever trying to pull a fast one on you. The one caveat is that they get backed up quick, so you may have to wait a while if you need work done in the summer.

Honestly I dont know how anyone could ever review them with less than 5 stars. They always cater to the customers needs and the staff and owner are all great people. Please please take your bike here if you ever have any problems or need the seasonal maintenance checkup!

I go here every time I need something for my bikes. Tires, oil, accessories, doesnt matter. I love the friendly service and hospitality. Best bike shop Ive ever been to, and will continue to go to as long as Im here. I highly recommend going if you need anything done to your bike, even if its just to ask them a few questions on what to do.

Its a great experience when needing help to fix a motorcycle, ATV, UTV, anything on wheels with an engine. Very nice, helpful, and easy to work with. Communication was excellent, and they were happy to work with my tight schedule despite having quite a work load themselves. I will definitely be coming back for any future repairs!

Recently had work done to my bike. It took a while, but the they are friendly and always able to answer questions. My bike runs amazing now I couldnt be happier with it.

The staff is always willing to give advice and help with problems. Ive had my bike in a few times and it always come back running like new. They can be backed up at times, but who can blame them? Everyone want to take their machines to a reliable shop.

These guys know their stuff. Aside from their mechanics being on point, they are very fair and honest. Would definitely recommend.

I just got off the phone with Brad at Revolution Mororsports and I was blown away by his customer service! I just bought a used motorcycle and asked if they could look it over for me. They offered to do it for free! So far they have left a great first impression.

If you live near the Moscow or Pullman area, Revolution Motorsports is your best option for fast, affordable, professional, and friendly service. It is truly a privilege to have them in the area. I recently took my EX-500 in to get the rear brakes replaced. They not only fixed the brakes, but they went the extra mile and adjusted my clutch, adjusted my carbs, bent my brake lever back into position and used an additional $30 dollars in shop supplies which was not included in my bill. When I got the final bill I was dumbfounded for being charged such a petty amount. They would not allow me to cover the additional supplies. I am extremely grateful. This type of service is what keeps businesses open and adds value to a community. On a final note, I recently ordered front brake pads online to service the bike myself. The brake pads were on back order and I had to cancel. I gave Revolution Motorsports a call and they were able to get the same pads at HALF THE PRICE I paid originally and could have them here next day. These dudes easily deserve 6/5 stars. Ive been coming here for years and that is due in part because the service is affordable and on point, but brad is the man.If you go anywhere else in the palouse for bike service you are making a mistake, and that is hardly a subjective statement.Dont even mess around with the joke of a honda dealership in pullman, and dont waste time driving to Lewiston for service.THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST PERIOD.In my experience with other shops id rather drive down here from Seattle to have them work on my bikes.

Matt is not only an excellent mechanic, but he is also a genuine gearhead and motorcycle enthusiast, unlike people at some other shops for whom its just a job. He has some great guys working with him, too.

They were more then happy to tell me a lot about my atv most places would have just told me ther prices he told how to fix it and if i had annay more questions just call i was relly happy and they do a relly good job on your alignments grate prices too i would reckamend going ther anay one that ses difrent is a idiot

I wanted Pirelli tires, not Avons. He didnt seem to care what I wanted, or that the only reason I WENT THERE, was because the Pirelli website said they were a Dealer. If I could do over again, i would just order the tires and take it to him. He charged me 50% over the cost I could have paid by ordering them on the net anyways!!! And I would have gotten the product I wanted by not going through him. I paid the cost of Pirellis and got Avons!! Customer service sucks!! I wish we had a decent bike shop in Moscow. When I first got there he looked at my Malaguti and said he does not work on cheap Chinese crap. First off, its Italian and its not cheap, being Italian is why I wanted Italian tires (pirellis) installed on it and not a cheaper brand of tire. Ahhh, this guy does not get it. He is not an enthusiast at all, dont expect anything from here that you couldnt do yourself. They charge $70 an hour, I am sure you can find better.
